Arrington has played well outside on many occasions (all of 2011, e.g.) but he has struggled in certain match ups outside. Jason McCourty gives about the same level of play.

As much as I hate some of Stevie's comments he'd give us the depth we need. Edelman and Dola both have been known to get hurt every now and then (lucked out last season!). Do we really want Tyms in there?

Can someone please link the media reports that indicate that the Texans are interested in trading Jason M., and that the Patriots are considering it? There's a lot of interesting conversation here and I missed the reports that started it all.

Gibson is coming back from patella tendon surgery, an iffy injury for NFL players. I would say that Gibson is a low-cost roll of the dice. Could be pretty good if he bounces back, but I'd guess is no better than 50/50 that he makes the opening day roster.

There to my knowledge isn't any report just fan hoping and loving the idea of twins on the field.
Would think they would know each other incredibly well the awareness level would be sick.
All things considered the Titans would be crazy to trade him they want to strengthen their roster not weaken it.
However if we did something crazy like trade a combo of Mayo, a pick, Admendola and a high pick.
Or our first rounder you never know we could go twin for the win.

Brandon Gibson suffered that injury in October 2013.

The one they signed in the 2015 unrestricted free agency period? Dunno if I'd get too excited about him. Ideally Dobson reverts to at least 2013 form but I won't count on him for anything just yet. Man that route at the end of the game vs Panthers....damn

Brandon Gibson will be the #4 wide receiver on the New England Patriots.

Andre Caldwell will be the #3 wide receiver on the Denver Broncos.

I watched a lot of Gibson with the Rams. Unlike LaFell, who was always steady if unexciting, Gibson's exciting and totally unreliable. He'll make a circus catch one play and drops an easy ball that hits him in the hands the next. He's got a ton of physical talent but doesn't seem to have the mental aspect of the game down. But on the other hand, on a minimum contract he could be a steal.

Yes. But the question is whether he will ever be the same. Players often/usually aren't after that injury. His production was way off in 2014, just 29 catches, 295 yards. The Pats are making a small bet. Can he bounce back to his 2013 level of play, when Belichick was impressed with what he saw?
