Monday Morning QB, no mention of Jets tampering

It is not a victim mentality to disagree with a ruling. It is a victim mentality to cry about what you think the ruling will be before it even happens, and wrap it up in a blanket of conspiracy, paranoia, and bias.

Well that would just take all the fun out of it

I wouldnt trust Goodell to find Waldo let alone handle an investigation/hand down a decision on anything regarding the NFL anymore.

PWP had a thread about this a few week ago and I made my guess there and then that the "Deflategate" conclusion would be announced at about 4:59 EDT on April 3 - Good Friday, first night of Passover, Final Four weekend, etc. I have to figure they will officially announce no punishment for the Rats for anything on that same date. The absolute most I can see coming out of this is Mike Kensil "leaving to pursue new opportunities," but that's probably a pipe dream too when it comes to the clown car known as the league office.

Meanwhile, I'm amazed to see that anyone takes valuable time reading Peter King's drivel. So many astute people out there reporting on the league and the game, why bother with that nitwit?

I honestly think there is no way Failell and the League Orafice can sweep this under the rug after the ruling on the Cunningham incident which was him essentially doing the same thing except he didn't even name specific player(s).

I'm expecting the 4th rd swap as I concluded earlier. He can't just run from his past and expect their to be no backlash. Florio and our local guys would have a field day that type of hypocrisy and there'll be steam coming out of Krafts ears. I don't see how he has a choice not to drop the (plastic toy) hammer.

Well, one person's favorite sport is another person's Double Decaf Latte with Foam.

I only read Peter King when trying to get a bead what the NFL offices intend. It's the only time he gets my clicks.

I agree

No disrespect intended to you, sorry if I left that impression, I think you're good poster! I just can't stand Peter King, he's always come across to me as a pantywaist, a gossip columnist, and it's not what I'm looking for when it comes to football news.

Revis was not a FA. The 3 day period did not apply to him. That's a big difference.

It's "pseudo"

Makes no difference, if anyone really believes the NFL will police this they are smoking crack. However my point was you have to prove something went on before FA, I said that. No way the NFL can prove it. The big difference in this stupid conversation is the NFL has has to prove it, I dont think the NFL cares or can prove it.
