I'm not sure what you're getting at, but considering that the Jets biggest strengths are their corners and their DL, two giant TEs seems like one of the best ways to attack them.

Jets....Twins Towers...come on dude....

Chandler signed to play "ineligible receiver" in our offense! Harbaugh protesting already.

We are gonna love Chandler, he is a lot like Gronk personality wise, a bit nutty. Very enthusiastic! A big fan favorite. I always liked him. Watch this:

Good Gronk insurance, if he signed a cheap contract will be a great deal, at least we can forget the calls to Steve Maneri. Im curious if Pats will go from 3WR sets to 2TE set or his role will be during goal line/short yardage plays.

Tweet from Matt Chatham :

Guaranteed for '15: when #Patriots align in YY w/ #Gronk & 6'7" Scott Chandler next to 6'8" Solder, the right OLB won't be able to see ****.

Also, I'm not technically minded, but there's got to be a play where someone declares themselves ineligible and some combination of Vollmer, Gronk, Solder and Chandler line up on either side of the center or split wide and let the defense figure out who's going out for a pass and who's a tackle.

What a goof. He's going to be perfect here. Gronk has somebody to play with.

Love this beast! Good luck defending the Pats in the red zone next year, suckas.

And he for sure is a beast.

Not just insurance for Gronk, but also Brady. Brady is at his best when his release time is under 2.0 seconds, and having a great short field helps tremendously.

Long plays will be far and few and I'm perfectly fine with that.
