Cheap, expensive, risk, no risk, low pick, high pick, talent, underrated, overrated, scheme, injured, healthy, Colts, Browns, Patriots, '92 Cowboys...does it really matter? This guy flat out sucks.

It finally occurred to me why the Colts were so stubborn in sticking with Trent Richardson. He probably runs all over that Swiss cheese defense in practice. They can make anyone look like the 2nd coming of Walter Payton.

Don't see the harm in giving this guy the minimum ($400k or so) as a body in camp on the 90 man roster and see if he can catch fire for a chance at redemption.. if he continues to suck, hes cut with the rest of the bubble guys and life goes on with zero financial commitment

I think someone like the Cowboys, who've got a great o-line to pave the way for him (like when he was at Alabama) would be a great fit. Especially considering they just lost Murray

Trade for Mathis and draft another OL on day 2 and you have the ingredients for a great OL. Don't see the issue of adding him at veteran minimum as a camp body. The opportunity cost on the 90 man roster is not terribly high.

This guy is a bad running back with a worse attitude. He literally thinks he's the 2nd coming of Walter Payton. Just listen to all his comments. Instead of shutting up and start working, he's always blamed his coaches.

That said, would love to see him rush over 100 yards against the colts. :)

Only place he'd have success is in a Shanny/Kubiak run blocking team. And that's because everyone and their mom is a pro bowl running back in that scheme.

Richardson should be begging Denver to let him play there for a year, so he can learn the one-cut system. It might save his career.
Until he leaves Denver that is. Speaking of which, CJ Anderson is going to run for 1600 yds if he's healthy.

Hmm, so you're saying...he sucks, he's really just terrible and the Colts are hysterical for trading for him...so let's sign him!

I can't believe anyone wants this guy, he may well be the worst player in football.

In what universe is or has Trent ever been a beast?

I was going to make the "Can he play cornerback?" joke, then realized this guy can't even play his own position.

Could he be converted into a run stuffing, space eating DT?

Hahaha....but how do you really feel?

A free tryout would be too high a price to pay.

I'm a tiny person, and even I could scratch out the YPC that Trich gets.
