Even with Revis, we were on the precipice of losing the superbowl. Would have sucked extra if we had lost and he all along wanted to go back home.

I like to look at the bright side, theres no way we're not getting one of the jets draft picks.

And how often does a team that wins the Superbowl actually improve the next year? This is how it works. This is why Dynasties aren't supposed to exist in the FA era. You can't be loaded every year.

I never been a fan of bb the gm. Now we get to see him once again try and put a secondary together. I love him as my coach but he still has that arrogance to him.

No but the secondary was awful in each of the final games in those seasosn

So now we need a #1 CB big time. Can BB pull another rabbit out of his hat and draft another McCourty? What other good free agent corner is still left?

I understand. I just think the pats could of kept Revis over browner and Mccourty.

Game day threads a dumpster fire? That never happens.

The game day threads turn into dumpster fires if the Pats are up three TDs and the Pats defense gives up a single 3rd and long.

Until we see what the Pats do the rest of the offseason, we have no idea what the defense will be like. There will be other chips to fall.

Is there actually a chance we get the Jets' 1st round pick? Or are people just wildly speculating like normal?

Unless Dennard bounces back and/or Butler improves, they need both a CB1 and CB2.
