Another footnote in the BB/Brady dynasty, told you last night he was soft and about the money.
He came here to boost his profile after disappearing in Tampa, not because he cared so much about winning. Now it is proven.

I'll enjoy him pulling up lame when one of our guys beats him for a TD.

So I didn't want to say it and jinx things, so now that I don't have to worry about that...what happens if he signs for $40M fully guaranteed and then holds out next year? It's not like he'd be risking any money. I can see exactly why the Pats reportedly were willing to give him "guarantees" but not as much fully guaranteed money as he was looking for, and I guess in the end it unfortunately sounds like that was the difference.

That wasn't the issue. It was guaranteed money.

Revis is playing the percentages and no longer wants to gamble on the year-to-year provie it contracts he has been signing to this point. CBs start to wear down right about now. He basically wanted his current salary locked in for three years and by all accounts got it.

So, Arrington, Dennard, Butler and Ryan

Pats made it to 3 straight AFCCGs and a SB without Revis. They can do it again.

Hope Revis enjoys the extra time he will have every January to spend with his wife and kids

NB: Arrington
CB4: Dennard
CB5: Byron Jones

Jets shouldnt have even been able to sign Revis after tampering with him. Thats like getting busted robbing a bank and keeping the loot.

I am grateful he helped us win a championship but am not at all surprised he left for the money.
