So that's why Chip Kelly was clearing out all that cap space for.....hahahahaha! Oh man, I think Chip will be able to maximize Bradford's talents better but I worry Sam won't last the season.

If Bradford stays healthy, the dude is a flat out stud. Always been a big fan of his, i think he'll fly in Philly.

Remember: Bradford is a one-year rental at $13M. Foles is on a rookie deal that pays $1.3M this year.

I think they're both pretty good when healthy, but they're both on one year contracts and Foles is less expensive while Bradford has almost never been healthy.

Bradford is more high risk high reward here than Foles. You know a bit more in what you're getting with Foles.

From listening to WIP it was reported that the teams also swapped draft picks #10/#20. Expect Kelly to move up further n use pick plus Bradford to get Marriota

Not to mention Haloti Ngata for draft picks.

I cannot imagine that Sam Bradford can run Chip Kelly's offense. A read-option QB takes way too many hits.

I have to imagine as an earlier poster suggested that Philly is shopping for Tampa Bay. They must have asked Tampa Bay what they want in order to trade the #1 overall pick (Mariotta). And now they are out gathering the pieces that Tampa Bay requested.

Just saw the same thing on NFL Network. I think there was another pick going to the Eagles too.

In which case the Eagles off Bradford or Sanchez + the #10 pick to move up for Mariota. 10 is a closer than 20. That gives a team like Tennessee or the Jets with plenty of cap space the chance to get a veteran QB and still have a top 10 pick.

That only emphasizes my point, Foles is much better than Bustford, this trade makes no sense unless there are picks involved, which is now confirmed. Anyway only 10 spots, the Iggle got ripped off.
