Offense was the main reason but we had key plays from D at key times. Also the D made key stops to give our O the ball late in the super bowl. We need that.

I don't fully understand why we didn't pick up his option and then traded him away for a draft pick to someone. Yes it would have been a **** move, but compensation could have been pretty nice.. that contract was very, very favorable.

God....I am in the same boat as Peter King......this has NOT been a good interweb day for me...

I'm beginning to think we're not responsible enough as a species for something like Twitter.

So this is the thing if we parted with Browner for Revis all is understood.
If not who the hell will we get to play Cornerback now.

There was a company whose senior execs tended to flame-tweet me when drunk. Eventually my negative view of them was confirmed, and they got new management. I pointed out that my drunk flame-tweeters had all left. The former CEO shot back that they'd been told to stop, and hence had all quit in protest.

I guessed I'm blessed with a fairly high class of troll.

Love that. Exactly right. Game theory. But with only a few bidders, it's maybe less of a worry.

So I guess it was Darrelle Revis, and not Kim Kardashian, that's gonna break the internet!

None of this surprises me, saddens me or angers me. I have watched BB do business for 15 years. I'm numb to this stuff. Its business.

I meant forum users' speculation, not tweets from reporters.

However it ends with this or any other contract Butler still picked Jesus Bonehead to win us the SB and exorcise multiple demons...AND we are still world champs AND we still have Brady, Edelman, JoJo, Blount, McCourty, Collins etc etc...AND we will start to build another great team in camp AND we will be very competitive against all the 'winners' in Free Agency...
