1) So, two days ago, he was the only NFL HC in attendance at the Auburn Pro Day.

2) Yesterday he held a personal Pro Day at Georgia.

3) Today, he is at Clemson.

It's not any breaking news, but BB is a freak.

the second that man writes a book on leadership, i will buy every copy i can find and give it to every university student i know.

Bill and Pop are so far ahead of everyone else at this stage, its pretty staggering.

If I could like this 1000000 times I would.

I think that BB knows that the SEC is where the talent in college football is. Mayo, Hightower, Ridley, Bolden, LaFell, & Easley are all from SEC schools. I would love if the Pats took Gurley at #32, he is a game changer. But there is a lot of talent in the SEC, so I bet these visit are more about down the roster type of guys. Like the Center from Georgia, Andrews, that BB worked out, he wasn't invited to the combine, but he is a 3 year starter, team captain, everything BB likes in a player. He could be a nice late round/UDFA pick. Both BJGE and Bolden were UDFA out of Ole Miss.

BTW Beasley (OLB, Clemson) is a beast, but he will be long gone by #20, let alone #32.

The beauty of these pro day visits is building the relationships with all the coaches in the SEC. The Clemson coach can not only tell Belichick about the Clemson players, but he can also fill in the blanks on all the players from other SEC teams he's faced. In a lot of ways, these coaches have done more film work on the OTHER teams.

Just another reason why I'm glad he's the HC of the NEP's.

Seriously, the footballers at these schools must be in awe when BB walks in.

i agree. they have to amazed when belichick enters the room.
he's the greatest football coach of all time.

Is that the same shirt on day 1 and day 3?? If so,
Looks like he's working so hard he didn't have time to change his shirt ..
Either that or he's like the rest of us, picking it up off the floor, sniffing it to determine if it is too rancid and then putting it on.....

That's called 'going green' by minimizing the number of times you have to wash something.....

more like jerkaholic amirite?

BB : cares about winning. Moves on from players and seasons. Looks ahead, for ways to win, to improve.

I'm with those who state BB is building ties with coaches of a strong conference.

He's got the super bowl glow, so he might as well spread it around. He has his dog days pre training camp to take the boat out.

Consider how much of a recruiting tool that can be for the coaches of these college football teams.
Look come play for me, if you apply yourself, I can guarantee you that I can get Bill Belichick to come to our pro day.

This is how BB is constantly ahead of the football innovation curve. He spends time with numerous college coaches during the offseason learning new formations and game management strategies. His focus and interest level in football is legendary...and I guarantee he doesn't even consider it as work one bit.

He's been friends with Nick Saban of Alabama for many years. They have common interests and philosophies regarding football. In fact, Alabama's football team runs an offense quite similar to New England's in both formation and terminology.

But the SEC is the powerhouse of College Football right now, and it's where an NFL coach should be looking for strong, smart players. That's not to say there aren't great players at other colleges. there are. Look at Rutgers and Kent State, for example. :) But the SEC is a tough conference and players who can excel there will usually have an easier transition to the NFL.
