Pollard is like that cursed tiki idol from the Brady Bunch....bad things come to those who touch him.
Welker, Gronk, Brady, Ridley...
He was the last person to tackle Hernandez in the NFL too

LOL! Bad things come to those who touch him...

If he wasn't such a horses butt and a Patriots killer, I wouldn't mind him on the team. Physical presence. Hard hitter. Decent speed. Always around the ball. Good tackler.

in 2006 Pollard gets drafted and Pats are without SB until this year he is placed on IR in week 5 when he was injured. It was theirs 1pm game and Pats played 8:30pm with Bengals. Coincidence?

Considering Andre wants:

1. playing time
2. a qb
3. a contender

That leaves:

Seahawks
Pats
Packers (if they lose Cobb)
Colts

Broncos/Steelers can't give him the playing time really. Cowboys can't afford him/have other options across Bryant.

I doubt he would want to be a part of a rushing attack in Seattle, so his options are limited.

I havent heard anything on ngata and him restructuring with the dirty birds.

I am not sure if Johnson would see much more targets in NE than with the Texans. Think about it we already have Gronk, Edelman and LaFell sharing the most of the targets. I doubt he wants to play mostly decoy which is what I guess the plan for him in Houston was.

Looking at the Packers and - to a lesser degree - the Colts they have a similar situation where he would be sharing a lot of targets with other weapons.

I seriously think that the Seahawks might be the most attractive option if he really wants to be a main target in an offense.

Looks like trent cole could be released by the eagles.

Wonder what Cole would cost.. wouldnt mind having another rotational pass rusher in the roster for 1 or 2 mil Ala Andre carter

I wouldn't take Pollard even if I could have one night with Candice Swanepoel. **** that guy

I Googled her... I might have one night with pollard just for a 50% chance of a night with Candice lol :)

Pierre Thomas to be released. I'd take him in a second.

Hes had a very good career. Maybe has a little more left.

I think BB wants to see what Buchanan and Zach Moore can do.

If dmac leave i hope we give branch a look. I know he is injury prone but its worth the risk.

They did a credit card restructure with the guy last March and now they cut him, eating the full dead money hit from last year's signing bonus.

Cap jail.

In the past 3 years he caught 39, 77 and 45 throws for 354, 513 & 378 yards for about an 8 yard average.

Seems like a decent 1 yr rental for a chain moving 3rd down back. If the price is right do it.

Edit: Worth it to note he is 30. Might have 1 good year left but might not. We know how RBs are at that age.

Don't you understand? The only way we can be good is too spend every FA dime and use every single draft pick on WR's who are 6-3 and over. Forget that the afforementioned 3, Vereen, Wright and Amendola accounted for 97% of the teams receptions.

WE NEED TALL WR'S!!!! IT'S THE ONLY WAY!!!!
