@caplannfl: As @JasonLaCanfora said, the #Raiders are going to release S Tyvon Branch.

@caplannfl: Branch is only 28. Just a matter of staying healthy. Very solid player when in the lineup.
when in the lineup is the key term there. He has only played in five games the last two years

Superbowl to Franchise tage day might be the worst month of the year...umm, scratch "might be".

Still in the glow of my team's REAL accomplishment. I'm kind of enjoying it.

Signing FA's is not the same as winning SB's.

SB>FA Every time - - just ask a Redskins fan.

That being said, Revis was nice.

Miami just released Gibson as well. They're now down to their promising young rookie and Wallace, who is also rumored to be a strong cut/trade candidate.

Miami refusing to be relevant after Tannehill's best season as a pro, total offensive retooling.

I know that silence could be seen as a good thing - no agent-provocateurs out there, trying to play games - but it just makes me more uneasy.

Rumors, d%#*!@t, I want rumors!

I'm beginning to get antsy like you. The Patriots are either negotiating like mad or they are waiting
for the deadlines (March 2nd, March 9th, and March 10th) to see who blinks first and gives in to
a deal.

What are the Dolphins doing?

Idk if the dolphins will cut wallace. I am waiting on harvin to be cut.

I have always liked Hartline. He is sneaky good.

I have no idea what we will do in both free agency or the draft this year. Exciting.

Would not be surprised to see him in Patriots preseason camp especially if he comes with a cheap price tag which could happen with a supposedly strong WR class in the upcoming draft.

Josh McDaniels also has some history with Gibson in St. Louis. The Patriots were supposedly interested the last time he hit free agency as well.

I don't think you can judge their moves until they are much further along in the process.

Dockett is someone that has a lot of talent, I know he is coming off an injury but I bet some team takes a flyer on him

Now there's a player I am interested in.

Well, unless they intend on bringing back Hartline, Gibson, and Moreno then is it not a total retooling? It is very rarely successful to replace your #2 and 3 receivers and #1 RB in the same offseason.
