2015 NFL Mock Drafts

I definitely see the point, but it's hard projecting LG at #64. I have Jamil Douglas rated just below Cann at the LG spot, and even though LG is a higher need, I feel I can get Douglas later than I could get Jackson. This is the problem with having binkies. I'm not willing to lose Hardison in my above mock to trade up in the 2nd for Cann, and I'm taking Diggy at #32 if he's there. I'd be willing to lose Jackson for Hardison at #64 if his pro-day goes well, particularly with Fleming already as RG prospect. Only problem is that I see Jackson as a much better RG than Fleming will be. Damn binkies!! :D

I know. binkies ruin everything. How do I get Abdullah, Odighizuwa and a starting LG whilst still being able to draft Hardison and McBride?

They really do. Plus I keep trying to squeeze in more of them. In reality, that's probably the last thing you want to do.

Right now Hardison, Marpet, Valles and Smelter are my 4 biggest binkies. McBride is close.

If we think Fleming is our RG, the guy I might trade up for in the second is Ogbuehi. He's the size and has the feet we look for in guards. Or, should I say used to look for. Would only take one guard then.

Oh they would knowing they are giving up 2 years of 1st and 2 round picks. To get him.

Start with 3 first and then add...Then they MAYBY would consider it. I would be pissed if Patriots did soemthing liek that to Jets.. Help them get a QB.. Nah ill say it Again, WONT happend.

Spread QBs in college dont do well in this league! I used the draft trade chart to come up with the picks. Mariota will need a lot of work before they will be competitive. Never say never. Patriots traded Bledsoe to Bills for only a first rounder.

Edit: Bledsoe was traded for 1 first rounder not two first rounders.

Just forget it.

Maybe it's just but can somebody please enlighten me on this.

I live very close to Philly and all I here is how the eagles want mariota. Now if you were Tennessee wouldn't you guys say you were interested in mariota just so you can almost force Philly to try to trade with you?I think they gave up there leverage saying they want to stick with mettenberg.

Because no-one would believe it. If you want a QB enough to take him at 2, no trade should get you to trade out. QBs are too valuable to give away if you think they are that good.

I listen to WIP n listen to the back n forth of should we or shouldn't we trade up for Marriota. I just don't see it. The Eagles have multiple holes at Safety, CB, OL etc. Besides, u can b in a far worse place than having Foles as u QB

Yes, you could have Mark Sanchez :)

That makes sense.

I don't see Philly being as good this year. I think they're too willing to ignore other needs on the team in order to get mariota. I know you can't win with a franchise qb but you also can't win without a serviceable team.

We only got one first for Bledsoe.

Good work.

My post-combine mock.

#32 - TRADE - 48 & 80

#48 - Nate Orchard - DE/OLB
#62 - Phillip Dorsett - WR
#80 - Duke Johnson (whoever) - RB
#96 - Ali Marpet - OG
Comp - Byron Jones - CB
103 - Ellis McCarthy - DT
132 - Za'Darius Smith - DE
and i will stop @ round 4.

Now why did i do this mock this way?

I am getting the impression FA will hit us harder than i thought it would make trading down for extra picks perhaps a more attractive option in a fairly deep draft for our needs.

I kind of punted on DT this year cause i think no one who is a true impact starter will be in trade range and I don't like the 2nd rounders so i thought take a chance in the 4th and try to stand pat or sign a FA.

Edge I think has the best 2nd round value of any spot in this draft so i went there to get an Ayers upgrade with a versitle player. A few other guys are options here.

WR in the 2nd is new for me but I think the value is too good to pass up and you can wait on OG & RB.

Duke Johnson might not be here but if he is not sub in someone else as long as he can catch some.

Marpet to me has maybe the most upside of any non-first round OL. I think as long as you sign Connolly (or some vet) you can afford to bring him along.

Byron Jones is just a upside pick. Take a shot.

In the 4th i think an edge holding DE who can maybe pass rush some and a DT who can maybe develop or be a decent rotation guy is good value.
