4.65 forty though. That was ridiculous. People always say forties aren't important....and yet they always turn out to be so. Outstanding forties usually result in a jump up the boards.

He's a safer pick than the DL who will be available at 32. Can't complain if we picked him.

Jake Fisher - 5.05, 1.75.

Cam Erving didn't put an amazing time but he looked athletic running it.

Cam Erving is definitely my #1 binky for 32 overall

For 10 yard times, "good" for an OL is 1.80. You can consider 1.75 a "wow" speed. Anything lower is insane.

La'el Collins has been getting rave reviews for his drills from the likes of Daniel Jeremiah and Matt Miller.

An Erving/Collins and then Marpet/Douglas combo would be sweet!

Just wait for my boy DJ Humphries later today, I think he's gonna blow it up and unfortunately move out reach for the Pats at 32. I think he would be a perfect LG for a year to groom to take over at LT in 2016.

There does seem to be a lack of pure LT's in this draft. Lots of guys that project well at RT or inside but not many likely starters on the left side.

Just got back. Missed seeing the first group of OLs run, though I don't put much stock in it. 10 yard split is nice to see. VJ, BJ and 3-cone more important, but really interested to see the drills and how they move.

Not impressed by Ereck Flowers at all. Didn't really like his tape either. Fisher is one I like - think he's a good backstop if we don't take a first round OL. He should be there in the mid to late 2nd round. Similar to Kyle Long.

Plug Erving in at LG, put Fleming in at RG, an I think we're set.

I don't think there will be an athletic "freak" this year close to what we've seen in previous years. Maybe DJ Humphries will prove me wrong.

For comparison, Greg Robinson had a 4.85 40, 1.71 10-split, 9'5" BJ and 32 reps @ 225, at 6'5" 332#. Lane Johnson had a 4.69 40 and 1.68 10 split with a 34" VJ and 7.31 3-cone at 6'6" 303#. Both were top 5 picks. Both struggled to adjust, though Johnson turned the corner last year, and I expect Robinson to be a stud in the long run.

Erving, Clemmings for me so far.. not a sexy first pick, but looks worth it..

How talented is the D-III kid, Marpet for OG?

Is he like Jimmy G with some elite traits that will be drafted later due to competition, or is he just a 3rd round talent in general?

I'm with Brady6 and could see him being our WTF pick early

edit: just read manx saying he could be top 5 in all categories.

I think he could be 2nd round worthy, but I'm praying he stays available in the 3rd. OL isn't a premium like QB, and there is much better depth at OL in this draft than there was at QB last year. And he's DIII. But I think he's going toe good. Very good:
