She is building to her rep. She said she has been working the story for three weeks and could not get it right. Schefter just scheft her out the window. I bet she had her make up done ready for her time to report on OTL and the Schefter called and blew it to pieces and now the NFL seems to have told ESPN to hold up on all stories regarding Deflategate. Because after the OTL, there has been silence.

What started off as a simple case of the Patriots allegedly deflating footballs is developing into something with far reaching, far greater implications for the NFL.

I'm not going to jump ahead of myself until I see concrete proof that absolves the Patriots but the old saying "be careful what you wish for" must ring loudly in the ears of NFL head office. What is supposedly unfolding is quite frankly, a remarkable story. What it also shows is what the media has become.

Maybe wishful thinking on my part but without this falling on the NFL being wrong no one was going to think it wasn't a cover up if we were found innocent.

When a mob forms someone gets hanged and if these rumors are true the NFL might be ready to take the hit instead of us.

But I don't know what to really think I can't believe reporters today that I was calling morons yesterday. And the whole sports media has no credibility in my opinion. I don't care if Schefter and Reiss or anyone else might actually be clean because they work in an industry with no journalistic integrity. Sports reporters in my opinion a worse than ambulance chasing lawyers.

Unfortunately these days and the scariest part of it all....this applies to ALL media.

ESPN seems to be ignoring it, and will probably do a Pravda and whitewash what Schefter broke.

Here for eternity (until ESPN washes the internet) is the video. My guess is that Mr. Schefter is not popular with ESPN's management right now:
