So I guess I was wrong in assuming that since I neither read nor watched any of those cited news feeds I was simply missing the proliferation of news "leaks" from unidentified inside sources.

The lack of news has already had its desired effect. Revis's agent is thumbing his nose at the
Patriots knowing that if the Pats want to re-sign any players other than Revis before March 10th,
they must release him. They are being aided and abetted by Roger Goodell.
