Feel free to add your own.

I still have that grin on my face.

It's about respect. It's about honor.

Chris Collinsworth after the miracle catch by Kearse - But they're not in yet.

There was so many bad calls in other playoff games, but the SB was about as clean a game as there is.

What coach other than Bill Belichick would actually prepare his team by practicing a longer halftime.

I'm working on a theme song for the SB. I was thinking of calling it Vindication Day and singing it to the tune of Graduation Day by the Four Freshmen.

Why were the Seahawks players falling over and banging into each other so much on defense?

Did Bill give the NFL another blueprint for success against a top team?

I wonder what rules the AFCN stacked competition committee will change this year?

The Pats broke the tie with the Oakland Raiders on the SB winning list. Just another perk.

Got Ya beat! I haven't wiped that "shiat" eating grin off my face yet.:)

Every day I wake up with a **** eating grin on my face...it's awesome.

I'm down in Aruba (that's pretty awesome as well) for a week, wearing my championship gear, plenty of Boston company here along with some quiet east coasters.

Watched a guy with an Eagles cap on playing beanbag / cornhole, when he saw my shirt he said" for you we'll take a few beads out of the bag" - I gave him your line " bingo, we've got bingo, we win AGAIN baby"!!

Continue to watch, read and re-live every thing possible about SB XLIX and the 2014 season.

This season not only brought #4, but with delgategate seemingly being exposed as the joke it was all along, we may end up excorcising spy gate at the same time. Yet, none of it matters anymore as "embrace the hate" and "they hate us cuz they ain't us" end up a absolutley great byproduct.

Like everyone else, looking forward to 2015 and keeping this team together, retaining as many FA's as possible, one in particular -- along adding a few draft picks and of course UDFA's to the squad.

The grin is the one. Feels like the 07 loss is cleared now. No real upset about the 2011 loss, I thought we weren't the best team but this one erases the pain of 07 for me

To really po an Eagles fan, just ask him where they keep the Lombardi Trophies at the Linc?? Shuts them up every time. I wear scrubs at work and have two pair with Pats logos on them. I bought them a few years ago and swore I wouldn't wear them until they won the Super Bowl..Guess what I've been wearing proudly lately.....
And I scratched two things off my bucket list, going to the game AND seeing the Pats win....Best sports feeling...evah....

Same, and it's an unbelievable feeling.

I'm so glad that the Pats could deliver for you after you and the family had that debacle with the tickets.

We were in the upper levels surrounded by Seahawks fans, most of whom were respectful yet confident to the level of ****y which comes from being the defending champion . There was a young rotund guy in front talking smack especially when they were up 10. I just replied," it's not over yet". When Butler made the int, I looked around and he and his aesthetically-impaired girlfriend were gone in a flash...
There was another Seahawk fan behind me and I felt for the guy. He looked like he was hit by a truck and twenty minutes after the game, he was still in his seat with a blank stare on his face...still wondering what happened. Sort of like Pats fans after SB42....
Walking in through security, I was behind 5 people in Josh Kline jerseys, 4 in their 50's and an older gentleman with dress shoes and dress pants. I figured he was the grandfather so I tapped him on the should and asked if he was related. He beamed when he replied that he was the grandfather and I told him we were all rooting for him.Later I saw two of the other people wearing the jersey in the concession line and I asked if they were related. They told me their daughter was dating Josh.
Continued along outside and there was an elderly couple wearing Nate Ebner jerseys so I figured I'd ask if they were related. The woman showed me the front of her jersey where "grandmother" was labelled under his number......
Scariest sight had to be the two middle aged twin ladies dressed identically alike in Seahawks grab. I was too scared to grab a picture but they looked like the scary twins from The Shining who aged 40 years.....
the-shining-movie-the-grady-twins.jpg

Funniest sight had to be the woman dressed like a hooker with a tight red vest on and nothing else above the waist. This was after you presented a ticket so she obviously had gotten in...I jokingly asked my friends who she was leaving with after the game.....
Anybody get a description of Warren Saap's 'friend?"..........
**Phoenix did a great job of traffic control in the parking lot and on the highway and at the airport. For a $150 to park, they ought to... The line to get championship apparel was an hour long and they told us they would obviously run out.. The NFL was smart enough to have plenty at the airport the next morning by 5 am when I left......Some kid in a poor country is getting a " Back to Back Champion" Seahawk jersey to replace his worn out 19-0 Pats one....kept bumping into Pats fans everywhere...some even still had the lanyard around their neck with the ticket inside.....
Had a chance to sell my ticket for over twice what I paid.......would have made a very nice profit..Glad I didn't ,maybe next time....nah...
I was hemming and hawing about going and my wife was the one who finally said, "just do it" and go because she knows how much of a fan I am.....

Things happen for a reason.........watching from that hospital room (SBB gallbladder attack) with the group (one of the gang smuggled in and hooked up a 52" widescreen) that got screwed out of the tickets was beyond explanation. God only knows where we would have been had the tickets been a go.

Three days later, as SBB is about to be discharged, DR shows up and confirms an entry in his chart / hospital record -- that a certain patient was observed Sunday night jumping up and down on his hospital bed -- IV tubing and monitors be damned!! That is the honest 100% truth!

The blue print was there already. The Pats just executed it to a T, particularly against their defense. Other teams have tried to do similar to what the Pats did with varying degrees of success.

Oh my god, that's a great story!! And you made a profit on the deal too, I hope.

Tell your boy I wish him a speedy recovery!

In the process of re-watching the SB for the first time and just finished the "needles in my eyes" experience of the last 31 seconds of the first half.

What totally inexcusable crap that was. Mind bogglingly horrendous defense. Knee jerk reaction is to really be pissed at Arrington, topped off by his face mask on Lockette.

How can a BB coached defense be so offensively bad in just 31 seconds?

I already know how the game ends and it is still sending my blood pressure soaring.

I attended SB36. About a week later, i watched the VHS recording my wife did for me. I was on the edge of my seat, pissed off at Willie McGinnest after his holding call. My wife looks at me and says "what is wrong with you? you were there! you know what happens."

I feel your pain, bro.

I did make out on the deal, luckily my ticket broker was bonded and insured, so he paid us 150% of the value........less deposits and an awesome, unused Superbowl parking pass -- plus we have five unused plane tickets that we plan to cash in for denver next year!!

He's doing well, that operation knocked the crap, out of him, but he's good - thanks for asking!!

What? Your team hasn't won at least 4 Lombardi trophies?

Gross! Don't touch me!

I am doing good. Thanks.

I still think I could of sucked it up for an extra 24 hours if those tickets came through.

But having my brothers, father, and best friend bring a big screen into the hospital and watch with me is pretty legendary too. Those guys are the best!

No way in the world would you have made it onto that plane and if you had.........We would have made a freaking landing somewhere over Iowa and we would still be there......plus, they'd have taken your left nut instead of your gallbladder.

That's my state post getting tickets taken away.

As you know I was sick for a day or so and just thought it was a bug. I think mind over matter if we had tickets the worst wouldn't of set in until the Kearse catch. Or after post game euphoria.

Would have had the pancreatitis treated in Zona and still had the surgery at home.

Or the other option we had the tix promised but nothing was stopping the pancreatitis and we would have either been on the plane or just landed in Vegas.

not to get confusing but there were two time lines our original flight Sat AM. And a back up Sat night late in hopes the broker could find something after we lost out. either way if it hit at the exact same time with the time change it was 7:30. Which would have had us landed in one case and in the air for the other.

But the real point is I think my body would have Burried the pain for at least another 20 hours if we hadn't lost out. Probably better and safer the way it went down but it's the super bowl and I still can't give it up.

I am very glad that you can look back on things now and remember the positives in your experience. Being surrounded by loved ones is always a great thing, and now you have memories that will last forever.

Here's hoping for a continued speedy recovery!
