The Pittsburgh Steelers have the toughest schedule since they're ranked No.1. The Atlanta Falcons have the easiest since they're dead last at No.32. However, the New England Patriots are ranked at No.22. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-football/25066031

Here's the list of Home & Away games for the 2015-16 season if some if you didn't know:
http://www.fbschedules.com/nfl-15/2015-new-england-patriots-football-schedule.php

Our home games should be no problem but, as always, the road games are going to be tough. Not only do we have to face our division rivals but we have Dallas (meh), Denver (ugh), and the New York Giants (*gulps*)

We should be able to beat Dallas but the last time they faced us was in Gillette and we almost lost but, thanks to Tom Brady's TD pass with, like, 15 or 16 seconds left, we won. Denver had the better of us at Mile High the past couple times (they won in 2009 and the 2013 AFC Championship game) but hopefully, with the way things are going over there, we may be able to beat them. And there's New York. In my opinion, they're a far more bigger thorn in our side than any other team (although Baltimore isn't far off). Last time we beat them in the regular season was when the Patriots won 38-35 to go 16-0. The only time we've beaten them since then was in the 2013-14 preseason (when we had Tebow). It would be great if we could just blow them out by scoring 50+ points.

Now I know it's too early to predict Win/Loss records but it looks like we "could" be able to go undefeated again in the regular season judging by how things are looking. But, if not, then maybe 14-2 or 13-3 can do.

The Giants are a shell of the team that beat the Pats. The Broncos are headed down. Dallas will be the toughest of the bunch.

I'll go so far as to say 2015 may be Coughlin's final year - not a threat anymore.

Please, please, PLEASE beat the Cows. I want to rub it in to the Hatriots at the CowboysZone.

I'd agree as of right now. But Dallas has a ton to do in free agency, starting with what to do with DeMarco Murray and Dez Bryant. I think a lot will depend on Murray's health and whether the Cowboys are right or wrong on that front.

Ditto the Broncos, who could look radically different depending on what Peyton does and who they are able to bring back.

We really have no idea what any team will look like at the start of season, including our own. We have to figure out Revis and McCourty, plus the RBs, plus Wilfork, plus a whole bunch of other decisions.

Mods, site made a double thread post again. Please delete this one. Whenever I click the "Create Thread" button, it doesn't take me to the thread after it creates it and just leaves me on the page of the thread as if the button won't respond when it "secretly" does.
Did you try to shapoopie the bahookey and then reboot?

SOS rankings especially at this time of the year are useless. Every year there are teams that are supposed to be playoffs contenders before the season starts and end up being sub .500 and teams supposed to be 3-4 win teams that go to the playoffs.

Go back and look at all the "experts'" preseason picks. There were quite a few people picking the Saints to go to and even win the Super Bowl. They ended up with a losing record and couldn't even win the NFC South where teams were fighting not to go to the playoffs.

At their board, they are pining to get suspended child abuser Adrian Peterson over Murray. No qualms about his character, but the Hatriots abound there.

child abuser < alleged cheating :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Our schedule certainly looks like a cake walk next year. If we stay healthy like we did in 2014, we are primed at another 1st rd bye, AFCCG and SB run.

I feel like I will be able to enjoy the season without desperately wanting a Super Bowl. How are the pats going to stay hungry?

Pencil in a Giants L...With that Beckham guy making some stupid catch to finish their rally. I hate eli.

But yeah no reason we can't have #1 seed again next year, afc looks soft. I expect indy to rise to power soon, but still can't get past how easily we've beaten them lately

Developing strength of schedule indices and predicting won/loss results a season ahead of time is not a totally useless waste of time. But, they're as close as one can get to being a totally useless waste of time. Personnel changes, injuries, weather and any number of other variables almost always make this type of effort a fool's errand. Hell, teams can start 4-0 and then lose 12 straight.

Only teams that potentially are any legitimate threat against us are probably Dallas, Houston, and Buffalo. Can't see our team losing to anyone else. Though if we aren't able to sign Revis, then that might pose some problems.

Alot can change but right now the Dallas game is the only real tough looking matchup there. Philly and Pittsburgh might be hard games but they are at Gillette and shouldn't be anything we can't handle.

I think our only key losses will be Vereen, Amendola, and possibly Wilfork. We'll be hopefully adding Mayo and Easley, plus whatever we strike in FA/draft, plus continued progression of a very young roster. Meaning we should not only be easy favorites next season but most likely upgraded from this year's SB team. We'll probably have a couple stinkers again but assuming reasonable health I see another #1 seed. Shouldn't lose more than 2-3 games to that schedule barring a number of the non-mentioned teams above making a huge jump or a 2013 like rash of injuries.

nfc east is ****. none of those teams play any defense.
same with the afc south. we'll have the 1 seed again.

Both the eagles and Cowboys have me concerned.

One can never know this early. Some good teams fall apart while some ugly teams may evolve and improve.

There will never be a 19-0 team, let alone the 2015 pats. Just too difficult to win all 19

That's for the team to worry. Haha.

Home - Buffalo, Miami, NY Jets, Jacksonville, Tennessee, Philadelphia, Washington, Pittsburgh
Away - Buffalo, Miami, NY Jets, Houston, Indianapolis, Dallas, NY Giants, Denver

I feel we'll sweep the div. 2 coaching changes and if we don't get miami too early (weather factor), we should be good there. Session opener likely steelers. They start slow. Only worrying home game, philly. But foles is coming back from injury. Our secondary (if all return) matches up well.

Don't fear Dallas, Giants, Colts or Denver. Houston might be tricky though. Bob knows us well. And if we don't upgrade the interior line, might be a long day against watt and clowney.

I say we have a shot at 16-0 and whatever happens in the playoffs, happens.
