He's done .... too much damage on that body.

Ngata is a tick above VW.

With that said, with what he is worth it is assumed he will be out of the Pats spending limits for a year 1 deal.

Please check out Miguels cap pages. The Patriots are going to have do some hard work to clear enough cap space to sign the players on the team that they need to keep.
There will be no big ticket items this year. Even thinking of signing any high profile FA's this year is pure fantasy.

Nope, not interested.

I still think the guy can play but he imho is one of the dirtiest players in the game right now. Can't root for him. I have seen him on multiple occasions put forearms into peoples backs etc.

Haloti Ngata... what a wonderful phrase, Haloti Ngata, ain't not passing craze...

Ngata is better than Vince right now. Its crazy how people still think vince is still a beast i only see the old vince 2-3 times a game he misses tackles and he no longer gets double teamed by all teams. He is a good DT but if the pats can upgrade vince has to go.

Ngata chance.

Sure, if Ngata stays on PEDs...

There are a number of very good DTs in the 2015 draft, and at rookie cheap price.
The $$ will go to those we need to sign: Revis, McCourty, Gosk, Vereen, etc...

Ngata is the highest-paid DT in the league right now, at $16m.

The only one close is Gerald McCoy.
No thanks.

ps. Suh will probably top that.

I know if the Ravens cut him some team like the Raiders will overpay. Its just wishful thinking. Always wondered what a Wilfork-Ngata interior D-line pairing would look like. It would be awesome to have him as a part of a D-line rotation along with Siliga and Branch.

It would look old and slow. He and Vinve are outstanding for the position, but the importance of thatposition is being phased out, hence the acquisition of Easley.

One healthy Vince or Ngata and 2nd tier guys like Branch or the Siliga's and Chris Jones are enough, considering the cost.

I think they get one young guy somehow and i don't envision him being a squat NT type. A tall guy that's stout and athletic and journeymen like siliga and Branch to stop the run.

The big guys are going to get less and less playing time, so affordable role players will fill.

Of course i wouldn't turn down a youn Ngata or wilfork if such talent was available. An exceptional player is worth building around.
