That was my son's favorite part.
Was listening to Dale & Holley earlier today, they were playing SB sound clips and there was a player walking around saying"Arrg, I'm the confetti monster" had me lmao. They said his name, I forget who it was, anyway fun stuff, what a blast...

Completely hilarious! Wish I had heard that.

i watched the game again and there is a point where earl thomas fist bumps a ref after an incomplete pass in the end zone...if that was a patriot, the vultures will be out in full force

I loved BB's complete dismissal of Hawks d to TB on the final drive. "The odds of them stopping us three plays aren't good. They're over pursuing in the rush they're lost in their zone. Just avoid negative plays."

Chandler Jones summed it up best before the half. "They caught a bomb on us and big plays. They cant move the ball on us."
Basically thats all seattle did and was lucky to connect on the big plays with 15 pass attemts before the final drive.
The more I keep watching the game, the more I see a high school type offense.

Thats BB. He even coaches the HOF QB at the right time.

Another interesting stat i heard was Marshawn ran the ball from the 1 yard line 5 times this season but only made it once.

Great stuff.

Here's the thing I keep thinking: With all these NFL cameras and microphones on everybody — especially for playoff games but also in the regular season, a) there must be a LOT of confidential and awesome stuff that someone gets to hear and be trusted with; and b) if there was talk of under-inflated balls or live use of improperly placed cameras, wouldn't it be caught on film and sound at some point?

Now I am not sure if Edelman was not concussed. He was just in loving everybody mode.

He just didn't wanna lose their love tonight.

One of my favorites. Patriots' sidelines before the winning INT ... Intense coaches barking out the personnel adjustment for a 3rd DB:

"Malcolm! GO!"

One thing that I noticed from the show was the difference between Belichick and Carroll on the sidelines. The cameras showed Belichick coaching up both the offense and defense, talking technique, what to look for when Seattle was in certain formations, how to not over pursue during cutbacks etc.

All Carroll was shown doing was clapping and cheering and chewing gum and patting guys on the back.

It's probably just an editing thing, but to me it showed Belichick being the master coach and Carroll being the head cheerleader

Most head coaches leave coaching technique to the assistants. BB wears more hats than any HC in the NFL ever has.

Have never seen a HC do as much on the field coaching as BB does... he particularly does that with the defense.

If he address either one of the units, shows his confidence his coordinators ....

He also comes across as a calming and positive influence on his guys, which I don't think many would give him credit for.
