Is that hour long Inside the NFL different from the one that aired on Showtime? I thought Showtime's original was 30 minutes

No. Inside the NFL is 1 hour long. The NFL Films part of it took place within the first half hour of the program.

NBCSN's Turning Point is a different program altogether that also uses NFL Films- - usually with some different footage for much of it.

One other thing I noticed, Brady and JMcD are real tight. It was really special for them both to win it together.

That was phenomenal. Seriously, Edelman is just a good dude - I got emotional on his excerpts in the 2nd half:
  • 'I love you buddy' to Amendola
  • 'I ****ing love you guys' to the O-line
  • 'I love you' to Tom after his TD
  • 'I love you man' to Tom during the celebration
  • 'You gave me the best year of my life, I'll do anything for you coach, I'll do anything for you' to BB

That kind of camaraderie is special and I guess you kind of wish you can experience something similar in your own vocation. This is really, in essence, why I love to watch this game so much and, in particular, this team because that's what it's really about - the team.

Turning Point was amazing.

Ya. At least they didn't completely leave out Revis getting picked by the ref. Actually made a point to say that is how Baldwin got the TD.

So Turning Point was on wednesday? How about Sound FX?

They should nickname Butler's interception - 3 Corners. That was an awesome video!

If you don't have show time you can watch inside the nfl on NFL Network. It has commercials but no big deal.

Cool little nugget when Flores and the other assistant coach hurry Malcolm Butler onto the field for the last play. "Malcolm, go!". Loved that part.

Was that Amendola with tears in his eyes hugging his GF/wife?

I'm sure a ton of people have said it so far in the thread but HOLY **** that speech from Tom Brady sent me chills down my spine that I don't think could be replicated. I would do anything for that man hearing that.

I missed Turning Point, which irritates me because I have my DVR set for all the other stuff. Where can I catch it again?

It comes on again on NBCSN on Friday at 6:30

Wow! What a show!

Watching Butler's pick over and over just proves to me that

1 - It was a great play call by Pete. That was 6 all the way.
2 - Nobody could have predicted Butler would have read the play BEFORE THE BALL WAS SNAPPED! Great execution on Offense and Defense. The Defense, fortunately, was just a hair better.

Just finished watching for a second time--great program. Reminds of why I couldn't stand Carroll when he coached the Patriots; the way he be-bops around the sidelines trying to be cool and saying ridiculous stuff like having three time outs on the fifty yard line and how they've made it easy on Wilson and how they're just warming up.
