Near the top. Definitely ahead of Wes "playoff choker" Welker.

No one's got Caldwell on their list?

#1 The Squirrel
Versitile. WR, PR, DB. But what makes Edelperson #1 is pure gustiness. A baller.
He was always my binky even during the dark Edelperson bashing years.

#2 Troy Brown
Nobody was even close until Edelperson. Love Brown. Hate to rank him #2

Moss & The Twig were guys I really liked. Stanley Morgan was one talented SOB as was Stingley, RIP.

1. Moss
1a. Edelman

2. Troy Brown
2a. Welker

3. Branch

Maybe it's my age, but for me I feel as if it is sacrilegious to not put Darryl Stingley and Stanley Morgan 1-2.

Pretty high up there. David Givens was my favorite from the dynasty years. But, I love Branch and Brown too. Edelman is as tough as they come.
Exactly how I feel.

Easily two. The only guy I could put ahead of him is brown. Hopefully Edes sticks around for a while and makes that an easy decision.

Edelman is on my all time favorite list. He's made himself one helluva player. My #1 favorite is John Hannah, and Andre Tippett is my second favorite. I also ought to do a better job of reading the thread title. Stanley Morgan is my favorite all time receiver, was also a big fan of Mr. Stingley.

Troy Brown then A toss up between Julian and Moss.

1 - Stanley Morgan
2- Troy Brown
3- Julian Edelman
4- Deion Branch
5 -Wes Welker

Almost the same but JE and DB are 3A and 3B with Stingley as 5.

Edelman simply doesn't have TBs body of work yet.

Troy brown is #1
Jules is #2

I'm not old enough to remember anyone prior to Troy with any clarity, so hes really the bench mark, and when you compare the two, they both have patriots lifer written all over them, Both ended up having to play D, both put EVERYTHING they have into the team, and leave it all on the field.

Minitron surpassed welker for me, even before welker left, the year Jules moved to DB, and the heart he showed in the ravens game after welker had gotten hurt. Jules is just the man.

#2, behind Troy Brown...Troy is still my favorite, but Smoothie Tyme is close man...

1. Moss - HOF performance every game. Did what no other wideout ever did. Then kinda went full ****** unfortunately.
2. Brown - He was JE, and WW, and then could go out and be a shutdown corner against the best WR in the league. Not sure how you could put JE above him. Guy was money. He was the Patriots. Diddnt put up all world numbers but was all world clutch. I dont know if some posters here got to see him play in his prime.
3. JE - as of this year
4. Morgan
5. WW

Exactly how I feel.
Shame Given's knee got ****ed up as soon as he left. Seems like whenever there was a huge touchdown in the playoffs Givens was on the end of it. I hear he has a restaurant somewhere in Boston. Need to go meet him someday.
