DRIVE FOR 5!!!

The drive for five and one for the thumb!

I think a lot of weight has come off Brady and Belichick with number 4. This team is clearly the best in a weak AFC and should make it back to big dance.

Draft heavy on the OL and DL, resign Revis and McCourty and it's time for #oneforthethumb

This will be tough.

Making it to a 5th consecutive AFCCG is difficult in itself. Let alone a 2nd straight SB. You better believe that every single team will be giving us their all next season, and teams that are towards the bottom of the standings will try to beat us with trick plays and other gimmicks.

Personally, with this SB victory I am content with whatever happens next year. 4 SB victories in 14 years is god damn impressive.

However, getting #5 would be spectacular.

Going to be no different than any other year. Our regular season games are the Super Bowl for many teams whether we won the SB or not except for the Lions which their pre season games against us are their SB.

I'm calling it now Super Bowl 50 Patriots Vs Packers, maybe Patriots vs 49ers

Lot of work to do in the offseason with key players and important small pieces.
Of course nothing less than a repeat would be acceptable.

49ers are done. Their coaching staff went from A to D and they have a bottom 5 QB.

I like the idea of Tom Brady and BB winning 10% of the first 50 SBs.

If they make it back next year, BB will have been in 20% of the first 50 SBs.

Yeah assuming health, they will be big time contenders next year once again.

And Brady will have been to 7 in his 14 years as the starter (2008 doesn't count due to the injury).

Draft offensive and defensive lineman, trade/sign Fitzgerald and another good WR.

Obviously sign Revis.

stole this from PFT, but it'd be amazing if Brady's first game in San Francisco back home is winning SB 50 and passing Joe Montana in SB wins. That'd be a story book send off if there ever was one (don't think Brady is retiring but if he did...).

Agreed. Harbaugh must have been a real pain in the **** to get rid of him. Great coach. I'd be shocked if he didn't win a SB eventually had they hung onto him.

Loved listening to all the Brady hype of who is the greatest "prior" to the Super Bowl. How awesome would it be for Brady to go to 7 and win 5. Nail meets coffin, Game-set-match.

Who in the AFC can match with us next year? Top of my mind are colts, ravens, steelers, and who else?

Team should definitely be better next year. I know every team says that but...

I wouldn't be surprised at 19-0. I'd be surprised if they didn't make it to the SB. I'm spoiled.

Greedy grinches. Just enjoy this one.......joking, I want a repeat too.

Broncos, if Manning's issue was all/mostly injury related
Chiefs, if they get a WR and better guard play
