Anyone else already have game butterflies?

Well I had a dream about the game so I guess I'm more nervous than I thought. Having had the dream I now realize I want the Patriots to win for them more than I do for me. I dearly want another win but Brady/Belichick deserve another and I really like the others on the team and would love to see them win.

The Patriots won in my dream, BTW.

I had a dream that my wife said.....oh crap wrong forum...

Anyway I didn't feel a bit nervous or anticipation until I read this thread...thanks a lot guys LMAO

I think NE wins this....of course I thought that a lot in the past also.

Pretty huge game legacy wise. BB and Brady win and they're tied most SB wins of all time. Caroll and Wilson win and they're pretty much guaranteed to make it to Canton.

I just can't get nervous about this match up.

Their Dline hasn't been very good lately and likely won't get much pressure on Brady.

Our receivers match up very well with their CBs - they are the type of receivers that have given them trouble.

Gronk is healthy.

We have a defense that is not only talented and versatile, but clutch.

Belichick has put together possibly his best coaching performance of his career this season and says he is pleased with this week's practice and game plan.

I'm way more confident than I was in 2007 and 2011.

Not yet...tomorrow i will be but luckily have work in AM so hopefully will keep my mind off of it

Yep. The butterflies started this morning when it really sank in that the Superbowl is tomorrow.

I feel confident. Hawks got the #1 seed via playing nobodies in the AFC South and NFC South, got passed the 7-8-1 Panthers, who they kept in the game until the 4th, then they did nothing against Green Bay all game long until the Packers just had a complete meltdown in the final three minutes of the game.

I don't believe the Seattle hype.

Yup and they'll only get worse as the game inches closer. Time is moving so slow.

It's nervous and antzy peppered with confidence... a nervous confidence

Seattle played the AFC West and NFC East.

Butterflies started last week, but not because the game, but all the BS we dealt with. Didn't really get a chance to enjoy that week. Now I'm finally feeling game nervous. No matter how much joy and heartbreak we've gone through as a fan, can't quite get used to relaxing.

cant stop thinking about this game....and all of the possibilities. would be awesome to finally see tb12 gets his 4th ring. nobody deserves a ring more than him..

however, if we lose....i'll avoid espn/media forever!:D

I was until I saw this:

I am, as they say in my neck of the woods - ****ting bricks.

Not that much, don't know why.

Truth be told I am in a foul mood. I live in WA and I am surrounded by Seahawk fans.

The big-shot teams we played in recent weeks ended their season with a loss. I can tell you with confidence this is the last game for the Seahawks, as well. :)

I'm not nervous whatsoever. Who cares that Colts and Broncos end their season each year by getting demolished. We are the healthiest and most skilled in years. We narrowly lost to a healthy Rodgers in Green Bay, while Seattle barely defeated an injured one.

Demolishing the #1 seed, the defending champions, in front of their fans is going to be so worth it. It will make up for the Giants games like nothing we could possibly do.

Butterflies are flying everywhere.

Want this game to start!!!!

I watch a lot of sports and I don't remember being that nervous before a game like this SB. Not even before C's game 7 in the NBA finals. I just want them to win so much after a decade of being so close, to take our legacy one step further and send a big FU to the haters everywhere. After what we gone through in recent years, no team deserves it more.

wicked nervous....need to do something else than think about it. make sure i have my lucky socks ready to put on tomorrow.
