More misinformation from Marshall Faulk

In the situation with the Dolphins and the audio tape of the Patriots signals, the league's response was "That's football." I guess a lot has changed in the NFL in the 10+ years since then, and not for the better.
Yes you are right, things have changed in football.

In 2006 that scum bag goodell wasn't the commish.

Faulk is one step above Downs Syndrome in terms of intellect so I'm just happy he's got a job and feels productive.

When Dolphins players bragged about purchasing a tape with audio prior to beating us 21-0 in 2006, BB just shrugged it off. He didn't make any excuses, we didn't cry about it for years after the fact like certain Rams, we moved on.

Harbaugh, Irsay, and the 2001 Rams are just pathetic little cry babies. In every single Warner complaint, I never once see him mention his pick-6 in that game. Harbaugh goes on and on about deception, as if we need to fax him our plays in advance. Hey Jim, our TE is going to fake block and then go out for a pass. Sorry, we didn't email you a week in advance as you requested, will you be okay? And Irsay must be back on drugs if he thinks deflated balls are why his team got smoked again.

This team never makes excuses for a loss, and we've had our chances. When the Dolphins taped us, we didn't go on and on and on and on and on and on and on about it for over a decade. We just moved on. The Dolphins break out an exotic formation we weren't prepared for, we don't cry about how it was deceptive. We get dragged into some ******** meetings the day before the Super Bowl, we don't use it as an excuse for why we lost. In the grasp, crazy helmet catch, and Bru is telling the world the Giants were the better team and deserved to win.

No excuses, no whining 10 years later, no crying to the league after losses. When we win, we win with class. When we lose, we lose with class. It is never about what the other team did, and always about how we performed. That's why I'm always proud of this team, and why I'd be cringing every single time Warner and Faulk opened their mouths if I was a Rams fan.

Which is why I was so surprised yesterday when Tanier, who is generally one of the most objective writers out there, laid into the Patriots for being whiners. Yes, Brady is demonstrative, but he is usually lamenting a missed opportunity more than complaining about officiating. And the few times he does complain, he is right.

But chastising them for whining to the media after a game is patently absurd. It's like ribbing Belichick for being too jovial.

Let me put it this way...

I learned more from that ****-flinging Orangutan in another thread than I've ever learned from Marshall Faulk as an analyst.

Marshall Faulk and Kurt Warner piss me off with their anti-patriot digs. I hope the NFL network gets rid of these two losers.

Faulk really needs to see a specialist for his chronic butthurt. One would think a decade plus would be enough time for it to go into remission but clearly that isn't the case.

Also: It's one thing for Faulk to be a disingenuous whiner, but where are the other talking heads to correct his steady stream of ********?

From my thread on the DeflateGate Board:

Wow! Listening to him on WEEI, he is twisting the facts like crazy. Ironically, he is claiming he wants to deal in facts.

He said it was a fact the Pats taped the Rams' walkthrough. Merloni said the Pats would dispute that and Faulk said it is a fact that Goodell saw the walkthrough tape.

Later he said that the league only sent out the warning to not tape signals to the Pats because the Pats were only doing it.

Seriously, for a guy who obsesses about the Patriots' cheating habits, you would think he would get his facts straight. Too bad the WEEI midday crew sucks and didn't call him out on his BS.

Well, I'll tell you what: the fella "one step above Downs Syndrome in terms of intellect" just tuned up Merloni, Fauria and Benz today like a bass fiddle. I'd love to see the cumulative IQ of those 3 cowards. If you want to see what 3 media eunuchs sound like, go to WEEI audio on demand and listen. Infuriating, embarrassing and pathetic.

Heard that too! These guys didn't refute anything until he was gone then they talked tough.

And then they bragged about how they had Faulk on the ropes all interview.

Why would he want to get his facts straight. Facts would completely screw up his stupid narrative.
