Snow shoes? My kid has an important soccer practice from 4:30-6:00 ... 25 minutes from the house ...
My son was in the NICU for the first 2 weeks of his life, i love those RNs. He 15 now and doing just fine.My wife is an RN in the NNICU. She is working overnight on Superbowl Sunday so I have the kids.
EXACTLY, queue the Allen Iverson rant..........miss the Super Bowl for Practice!?!?! Not a game, but practice? C'mon man, we're talking about practice?!?!?
Currently, I am a stay at home father so I am always working. I only get a break when the kid are asleep. My 3 year old son goes to bed at 8. My daughter is almost 5 months so if she is up, she is watching the game with me!
Spent a lot of time in hospitals with some of my children when they were young, it can be a very challenging time.Hope your son makes full recovery and my thoughts will gravitate to you guys at times during game.I won't be working, but will be in the hospital caring for my 11-month old son for his first Super Bowl. He had a bone marrow transplant a week ago today due to leukemia. The recovery process can be long, but I'll continue to be there for him. He'll likely be on my lap throughout most of the game. He won't remember it, but I'll treasure our time together during this game for the rest of my life.
