CBS Sportsline: 5 out of 8 pick the Pats (Prisco, La Canfora, Wilson, Richard, Eisenberg)

Bleacher report:

Patriots: Davenport (24-23), Freeman (20-17), Frenz (28-24), Gagnon (24-23), Miller (27-21)

Seahawks: Bowen (24-20), Hangst (31-10), Hansen (24-21), Kruse (27-17), McCown (26-19), Schalter (33-20), Schottey (28-24), Simms (24-20), Sobleski (27-24), Tanier (19-17), Tomlinson (16-14)

They are only experts at picking. Not actually being right lol. If the pats come out all hands on deck this will be there game to lose, lets hope the CBS majority vote here is accurate and TB gets his 4th ring.

http://nflpickwatch.com/ has them all

The machines are picking Seahawks - accuscore, predictionmachine, whatifsports

That's because the machines call penalties on all the Patriot ineligible formations. It's programming doesn't completely understand it much either. Rumors that Harbaugh was instrumental in providing input are strictly a rumor.

The Pats loss to Buffalo tipped the statistical advantage to Seattle.

Jaws I think picked us but on Mike and Mike Gruden picked Seattle I believe.

31-10 ? Really ? Unless there are multiple turnovers how are the Seahawks supposed to score more than 20 points?

Crazy..

Simms (24-20 Seahawks)

Gee. I'm surprised a QB that's not in the top 5 today can help his team score 20 in a SB....

Does it matter who the experts pick? Many experts were riding Denver last year and the Rams in 2002. There were times the Patriots were huge favorites and lost against inferior teams too. Honestly, if someone has a opinion for or against the Patriots, I respect it if it's based on facts and analysis. No worries! This game has been deemed a coin flip by most people, and if some experts feel Seattle should win, let it be. I personally think the Patriots' defense will be the story after the game and not the LOB.

I'm picking the Patriots.

these experts can shove it

Huh?

Tonight on "Inside the NFL," Phil Simms picked the Patriots. So did Boomer Esiason and Brandon Marshall. Ed Reed went with Seattle.

That post was referring to not-"Top 5 species" Chris Simms, commenting for Blech-er Report. :p

It's fun to see who the "experts" picked but most of these experts were writing Brady and Bills obituary because they were 2-2 to start the season. If we win this game that will be the biggest story line. The question is will these experts be dumb enough to do it again next time the pats lose a game or two?
