I'm already making excuses: Brady is distracted

Watching Brady last night, he hedged and hesitated when asked if this is all wearing on him, right before he said he's focused.

BB and Kraft and the NFL are doing Brady a disservice by not interviewing him immediately. He is accused, but in a holding pattern. This has to wear on him psychology. He's a human being. Yeah he's angry, uyeah he has something to prove, but really...

The Patriots should insist that the NFL take the weight off the QB by having him unload everything he knows so he doesn't have to carry it all week.

Before yesterday's press conference, I wasn't so worried about the impact of Deflategate as a distraction. But now, having seen weary Brady, I think it is indeed having an impact.

And yes, that's an excuse.
He sounded sort of sick to me when I was watching media day yesterday, as if he was stuffed up or had some type of head cold. I did not think he seem distracted, he seemed like himself just a bit sluggish.

Oh has that been reported? I thought he sounded sick but I was not sure.

Indeed it has. As we all know, colds and flights are a pretty awful combination.

No worry warts around here...mother of God...

Seems like a pretty thin basis for concern.

Text message to Tom from Drew: Phuck that, go out there and sling it.

knowing brady he will transform himself to a super crazy pyscho tom on sunday and unleash his anger toward media/haters to seahawks D.

we are going to witness a greatness.

Yeah he sounded ****ty and looked pale. He will have to sweat that cold out over the next few days.
