LeGarrette Blount alleged scheme to reunite with Patriots

This a great conspiracy except for the fact that there was no way to know the Steelers would have cut him rather than just suspending him and there was no guarantee that someone wouldn't have picked him up on waivers.

Did I really read someone who thinks Belichick mind controlled Tomlin into not paying Blount to stay away from the team like Bill did with Terry Glenn, Tampa did with "Give me the damn ball", and the Eagles did with T.O.? Tell me this was "Borat" -type comedy.

I know...of all the possible stuffed animals that Belichick could've said, an old Teddy bear that he had as a kid, Mickey Mouse, etc--he had to give the strangest answer ever that makes him come off as a straight up weirdo. LOL

The one question that really threw him off his game.
At least he didn't say sockpuppet

Can we just label all these accusations #SourGrapesGate and keep them merged into 1 thread with a table of contents? It would be super handy to be able to reference all these team's unsportsmanlike complaints and baby tears.

I'm just kidding, of course, but seriously sometimes I just think these people we play against are toddlers.

Should we just concede? I mean what's worse liars or cheaters? Choose your poison.

Former Steelers seem to cry more than anyone. I'm glad our boys take the high road even after being screwed by the refs in SB42 and 2006-07 AFCCG

It occurred to me today as I heard a commercial for the DMV of all things talking about deflated balls that the New England Patriots may actually rule the world. I mean, they speak and every news outlet is falling over themselves to get it first, they dominate the airwaves and they dominate the NFL and have for 15 years. The Patriots are the kings of the world, and in everyone's head unlike any sports franchise I have ever witnessed in my life.

I've been thinking of this all week. The New England Gaters! Apologies to anyone who may have posted it before me. I don't have time to read all these posts.

Did the Pats arrange for Ridley to tear his ACL too?

Like China, the Patriots play the long game, my good man. They play the long game.

Just mistakenly channel surfed and landed on pardon the interruption (I dont watch ESPN at all please don't hold it against me, this was an accident) and both the idiots have made up their mind that the Pats are guilty of tampering to get Blount.

Quite simply, because the Patriots under Belichick are constantly defying expectations (moving to the 3–4, the spread offense, the two-TE set, etc.) Plus, consider these two fun facts:

1. Overall, teams are 389–843–4 (0.317, average 38.6 games/team) when they go –1 in turnover margin since 2001. The Patriots are 21–6 (0.777, 27 games).

2. Tom Brady has started more playoff games since 2001 than two-thirds of NFL franchises have played in their entire histories.

I could come up with dozens more.

Why can't I select a Blount jersey below my avatar? 29 is not available.

Next conspiracy the Patriots will be accused of is colluding with Michigan to limit Brady's playing time so he would slip until the 6th round. Can't believe all of this stuff...

This is the dumbest conspiracy yet. Of course Blount realized that, having lost our starting RB to a torn ACL, and being forced to use an UDFA JAG as a workhorse back, he would be welcome back here.
