Wife wants a gourmet cheese platter (wtf?!?). I'm still undecided. Steering in the direction of fried chicken and ribs. What are you getting?

I won't eat during game..will be too nervous...and i hate it

I just started working at a local deli that opened up. I'm going to make myself a sub platter, take one of the grand opening balloons that have been out in the cold, bring them to my friend's house to watch them on the big screen. Then I'll act like it's magic when the balloon re-inflates itself.

Chicken Wings (hot), Peppered Salami and Maker's Mark bourbon

Think I'm going to smoke some salmon. Smoke a chicken, not sure where I'll head with the bird...maybe pulled chix sandwiches, buffalo/bbq w/ bleu/apple slaw? My wife stumbled across buffalo chicken stuffed biscuit balls, wrapped in bacon...

Lots of Jack.

Don't stop in the bathroom first.

Buffalo chicken dip
"Irish" egg rolls (like a deep fried Reuben)
Bricklayer tacos

Dinner will be mini meatball sub's and pigs in 2 blankets...a bacon blanket and then a croissant blanket.

When the game starts, as soon as the ball is kicked, I bite into a Jazz Apple. I have not done that the 4 times they lost, but have done it every single time they won. Strange, but I'm not screwing with it now. After that snack its just water for me during the game.

Basil Hayden's and that's it. I'll be by myself, family somewhere else in the house. Not because I like to be alone but because of superstition

Well well

Ok

Fat boy dip, numerous cheeses and sausage and ground beef in a crock pot..

Then we are shipping Casserta's Pizza, spinach pies, pepper pigs in from Providence to our home in Denver

My daughter works at new Belgium brewery so she's handling that

Probably do sticky wings also

A bottle Of Knob Creek 100 proof

A 6-pack of Batch 19

A KFC dinner bucket

afterwards, 800mg of ibuprofen, a roll of tums, and a quart of water before bedtime.

Jazz apples are incredible. It's a shame the hipsters have caught on and they are so expensive now.

Step your beer game up son! It's the Super Bowl damn it!

You just helped me pick my SB beer.
Have you had it before? Normally i reserve it for formal meals but I never eat a proper dinner when watching football. I tried it several years ago and now the only beers I'll drink are Belgian Quads or Strong Dark Ales. It's exceptional with spicy foods imo and goes great with a bacon wrapped filet mignon. If you've had Chimay Blue and liked it, you should love R10. Hopefully soon I'll be able to have a Westy 12 because thats on my bucket list.

I might also add some Cajun Boiled Peanuts to the party.

I'll be watching the game alone with my wife. We've watched the past three Super Bowls with "friends" (**** 'em!) and they just take away from the experience so we are cutting that noise out. Half of the people at any given Super Bowl party don't even understand football.

I'm still working out the finger food, but I've got the drinks figured out. I'm a craft beer nut so I'm busting out some good stuff for the occasion. Alpine Nelson, Pliny the Elder, Sculpin and aged Victory at Sea.

I'm drinking a ton - win or lose. If we win, I hope I don't turn into an emotional drunk for the first time in my life.

Had some in Belgium this summer and bought some soon after I got back. Sort of forgot about it this fall as I was on an IPA kick.
