Watching Brady last night, he hedged and hesitated when asked if this is all wearing on him, right before he said he's focused.

BB and Kraft and the NFL are doing Brady a disservice by not interviewing him immediately. He is accused, but in a holding pattern. This has to wear on him psychology. He's a human being. Yeah he's angry, uyeah he has something to prove, but really...

The Patriots should insist that the NFL take the weight off the QB by having him unload everything he knows so he doesn't have to carry it all week.

Before yesterday's press conference, I wasn't so worried about the impact of Deflategate as a distraction. But now, having seen weary Brady, I think it is indeed having an impact.

And yes, that's an excuse.

Didn't he have a cold? Maybe that's why he was weary. Either way I wouldn't blane him. Most politicians have never had a PC as stressful as that. I wouldn't hate on the Pats if we lost to a great team after all the **** we've gone through in the lead up. If we pull it out: Fricking amazing.

you're reading too much into his body language. The dude has a cold and has just got off a 6 hour plane ride. He also tried to put a nice boy face as hard as he could. Tried to be very polite and patient with the mother****ing stupid ass questions. Deep inside he probably thought to himself "I can't believe I have to answer these ****ing moronic questions. **** YOU ALL ****HEADS!"

I'm sure TFB will be doing his talking on the field. PISSED OFF MODE.

Brady does not need any excuses... he will be fine, despite his "body language"..

Brady knows he did nothing wrong, so he has moved on.

you couldn't be more wrong. There is an internal fire that is being stoked that will be unleashed on the Seahawks like Johnny "The Human Torch" streaking across the sky chasing a villain. Brady is the Reggie Jackson of football and will most definitely rise to the occasion. As will other clutch guys like Gronk, Revis, McCourty, Minitron, and our boy Amendola.

Putting him in a room with investigators grilling him at this point would be even worse. He knows he did nothing. After today, I hope he gets some rest.

As was mentioned above, the guy just got off a 6 hour flight. And yes, he's probably also sick of hearing the same questions over and over. After today the Pats can avoid the media garbage and get focused. I don't think there's much to worry about.

I'm not sure what "interview" you think the NFL should let him have. I don't think there's anything left Brady needs to get off his shoulders. He said his piece on Thursday. I don't think he has any hidden info to share.

As you said, Brady is human. I'm sure he wants nothing more than to chew out the entire NFL front office and national sports media and highlight the imbecility of all of the people that have come down on him and the Patriots. But those are emotions that he can channel into being fired up for the game. Brady is among the best at channeling his emotions into kicking ass on the field. I'm confident he'll do just that on Sunday.

He is usually in bed by 9 PM ET.

I'm more worried about the cold that Brady (and how many others?) is reported to have.

No excuses. Leave it all on the field.

He has a horrible cold and just got off a long flight. Cut the guy some slack.

Maybe he's distracted because of Gisele ;)

Everyone interprets body language differently. I am sure he is tired and is not feeling that well.

WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!

I think it's one thing to have less than perfect body language infront of the media and a bunch of cameras, but once you get on the field I am pretty sure anyone should be more than capable of focusing on the task at hand.. Which is a football game. I don't think this crap means anything.

Remember last time the media was against Brady? he was fired up against the bengals, and remember, brady doesnt play alone, all this garbage will fire up all the team.

I think many here on this site needs to stop worrying, etc about everything and enjoy this week for what it is. Our team is one win away from something pretty special happening.

How the feck did the team's quacks allow a cold virus to hit the team this week? Unbelievable.

And speaking of distractions, just wait until Friday/Saturday, when another leak by the NFL KGB
is sprung, just like 7 years ago by TonAsse.
