KRAFT DEFENDS THE TEAM!

"They" are not the NFL. The NFL is the 32 owners. Kraft doubled down because he believes that in the boardroom he will have the support of enough of the rest of the owners. I'm sure he's tested the waters enough to know and not be guessing about it. That's why he threw the gauntlet, either prove something that he knows is untrue and thus cannot be proved, or apologize. His statement did not leave room for anything else.
He didn't throw down the gauntlet. He picked up the gauntlet that the league threw down.

Go check his twitter feed..(Warner's) complete ****.
Does his Wife still wear the Pants? You mean another person with an opinion that lost to the Patriots? Sore losers, they see Tom going to multiple SB`s with a hot Wife, nothing but Jealous a-holes.

warner's a douchebag. losing record in the SB haha same with that roach faulk

on another note, brady looks uncomfortable.
Yep, the distraction tactic is working no matter whats being said by the Patriots. I just hope we find out whos behind it all.

Graph proves one thing: Connecticut should be kicked out of New England.

Hey, hey, hey. Be nice. I'm from Ct. and me and many of my friends are Patriots fans.

This is exactly what the team needed to lift their spirits and put this joke of a mess behind them. I'm telling you all now this has been a blessing in disguise, I can't see them losing on Sunday.

IDK, I think they have leaked far too much to try to dirty the waters to say the Pats are innocent. They may not say the Pats cheated, but they cannot prove it. But they will most than certain not clear their name and leave a strong sense that they got away with it.
Regardless of what is released in the end, the media will still find us guilty just like they use the ineligible Wr formation as an example of illegal play in the last few weeks.

Yeah, your average NFL fan isn't diving into pressure variables. That's what makes this witch hunt so egregious. They lead with cheaters! Backed with straigh lies (like D'quell) during the SB hype and then the retraction will be in the offseason printed on page 77. The fans are getting bombarded with completely slanted information, and you can't expect they are all going to look it up.

I still haven't heard a good reason why they for apparently the first time ever decided to measure the Patriots balls at halftime over any other team. And if I were Kraft, I would expect a damn good reason.

I'm sorry but there's no excuse for this. Anyone who's travelled knows Americans are, by and large, a dumb #%$#ing mob, and if that bothers anyone's naive sense of patriotism, that's too bad. In another time and place, these stupid idiots would be cheering like morons while lions ate people in a Roman gladiator arena.

This country is full of #&#$ing morons and it gets dumber and dumber every single year.

Nobody with a brain needed this story to start to `turn` to know it was a bogus narrative from the start.

I appreciate professional athletes, but let's not pretend they're all a bunch of geniuses, and a lot of ex-players that work at BSPN and other networks are a far cry from rocket scientists or master propagandists.

If you're not smart enough to see through a baseless narrative pushed by someone of average intelligence {at best}, then I'm sorry but you're a total moron. Are the likes of Jerome Bettis, Kurt Warner and Shannon Sharpe really so clever that they can so easily manipulate the minds of millions of people with utterly shallow ********?

Or are millions of people just that unbelievably stupid?

Not exactly a question for the philosophers. The answer is obvious.

The single most alarming -and depressing- part of this entire story, is how hard it drives home the fact that jungle tribes in South America, who haven't even advanced into an agricultural society yet, likely possess greater wisdom than your neighbors.

Any half wit can convince the people of our sorry society of anything they want, so long as they happen to do the convincing from in front of a television camera.

Just pathetic.

I'm so disgusted this week with all of this, and everything that it means, big and small, that I'm not even sure I'll be able to enjoy the Superbowl right now.

Yup, he's hiding behind the "I'm just putting it out there. I'm not accusing" crap..at least Aikman and others owned it....he's just being slimy.
What did that prick Aikman say to own up?

NFL lawyer says investigation going to continue for several more weeks. You'd think they were looking for a murderer.

It started yesterday morning when Mr. Kraft praised BB and his work at City Hall.. and now this, I might be getting back my Superbowl Buzz that the NFL has desperately been trying to kill.

Nothing would give me more satisfaction if Goodell turns the table on this sting operation, and nothing would make me smile more if they found Irsay in a gutter with one of his guitars..

Goodell and his crew are a bunch of incompetent boobs..

**** Sherman belongs on his own list.

Aaaand Mike and Mike just blamed Kraft for keeping this thing going. Now they will be forced to talk about this all morning when they were going to move on. Where can we go to watch sports news anymore? Dumb and dumber.

No mention of the urination video?? A lot can happen in 90 seconds.. maybe Bill Nye can show how it can be done.

My concern is that there will be additional "leak-retaliations." BB slams the media with a data-driven rebuttal to the allegations, and shortly after, there is a leak to Glazer. What will happen over the course of the week? And how will it impact the team's focus?

A lot of people like to blame the 2007 loss on Tomase. Glazer or someone else may serve as the latest conduits for the leakers of the world.

Everyone in the media wants any information to come out this week. After the Superbowl, the media frenzy will die down, and people will not care as much. Media guys like Glazer know this, and they want information now--not later.

Oh yeah they are talking about it. They think if someone knows what they are doing and has done it before, someone could do it in 90 secs.

Funny how Krafts statement isn't running on ESPN, what hack crap hole organization, time to email and twitter espn to death .

Hold on to that thought.

Don't get caught behind enemy lines! :)
