Interesting question: what kind of bags? How are they closed? Are they see through? Can he open one while holding the other in his hand, or does he have to set one of them down so he can figure out if he's got the right bag or not? etc. etc.

Even if he was in there for 90 seconds, he had a lot less than that to actually do the deflating.
