KRAFT DEFENDS THE TEAM!

Kraft wrote the statement on the Plane as per NFLN

Must have been in response to the locker room attendant leak. I still think that might have been the breaking point.

I am betting that when everything is exposed that locker room attendant went into the bathroom for about a minute and there was not possibly enough time to deflate 11 balls.

Add Ted Johnson and all the local yokels here in Houston.
Please don't leave off Volin. A-hole even did international interviews mud slinging and then made that idiotic "our" nightmare is over post. He gets under my skin more than Borges and Tomase combined. (Can't believe I'm saying that.) Anyway, list him. Hall of Shame for sure.

Love that the Patriots aren't just taking this crap and are fighting back at this BS investigation.

Ted Johnson talking trash about Belichick? Too many blows to the head I guess. Or still pissed off that Belichick benched him.
Johnson has not been shy in calling Belichick, Tom and the whole Patriot organization liars and cheaters. I'd say Tom stole his wife but I know that isn't true.

She stupidly said that the Pats should not be allowed to play in the SB. And just to prove that Deflategate stupidity knows no political boundaries Bill O'Reilly said Brady belongs with ARod and Lance Armstrong. Idiots everywhere.

They are, but I myself saw BOR defending TFB against the media witch hunt.
Did you see this or read it?

I am impressed that a whole 1/3 of the country still believes in the Pats! That's 1/3 of the country being hardcore Pats fans, because only the true believers could weather this storm.
Did you mean storm figuratively, literally, or both lol? Who knows if those numbers are even true. ESPN Is so full of **** I bet they made them up.

Add Colin Coherd to that list, he wasn't full blown pitch fork but he said he thinks brady lied

Chatham is a football & twitter rock god
I may have to reconsider my opinion that twitter is the work of the devil

I read it. Reportedly it was during the segment with Kirk Minehane. I also Googled it.

Anyone hoping for any sort of redemption for the Pats in the eyes of the rest of the country is wasting her/his time. Never gonna happen. It could be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Colts and Ravens cooked up this elaborate scheme to bag us, and no one would believe it, or they would choose to ignore it. Looking for love and redemption? Try the Oxygen Network. The best we can hope for is that the truth comes out and we are exonerated by the facts. But, understand this: when it comes to the NE Patriots, the rest of the country isn't interested in facts. Their minds are made up and NOTHING is going to change them - ever.
I don't care about winning hearts and minds. It is the lies that I cannot tolerate.

Yes. Yes! YES!!! That statment from Mr. Kraft got at least 3 fist pumps out of me. The giant FU to the media, the wanted apology, the backing "my family" in Tom and Bill. Just fantastic! Way to go Mr. Kraft major kudos. Best line of the whole thing "the patriots have done NOTHING wrong"

I wonder if the leak about the about the locker room attendant was the final straw for Kraft. I have to give Kraft credit. I figured he would stay out of the fight for the good of the league.

Now he has backed Goodell into a corner by forcing him to either produce the goods against the Pats or apologize with no punishment. Anything less and his biggest ally will turn on him. Unfortunately, the League is very unlikely to do the former and it is going to be a huge blow to Goodell if he does the latter because the media and non-Pats fans are out for blood.

I started a thread a few days ago stating the Belichick press conference created a nightmare situation for Goodell. I was wrong. This press conference did. Goodell is now screwed no matter what he does. If I was him, I would look to see if he can prove the Colts set the Pats up and make them the sacrificial lambs.

Snyder and Jerry Jones might wan't to know if they can pry back their draft choices out of that corner.

Speaking of Football by Football, Brady Quinn had an interesting take that overwhelmingly supports the Pats:

http://www.footballbyfootball.com/column/deflategate-a-bunch-of-hot-air

Basically, he said:

1) In cold-weather games, it's always seemed to him that the ball lost some small amount of pressure as the game went on.

2) There is a tradeoff to having an underinflated ball. Some advantage, some disadvantage.

3) The gloves that receivers wear these days aid in catching FAR more than changes to psi can. If we want to ***** about the integrity of the game, that's where we should start.

4) This has just become a story because it's the Pats and the media is sick of them.

I like what Kraft said but he dam well better be right, if he isn't all hell will break lose. The blogs are going crazy, no one believes Kraft and they all think he should apologize.

I sure hope he has his ducks in a row, glad he did it though.

I don't want a win anymore, I want a solid win by the pats that is never contested.

Was Marshall Faulk already listed? Because I know before this even happened I kind of wanted to punch him in the face so can only imagine what he's said regarding this. Lol
