Jay Glazer says NFL has zeroed in on locker room attendant

video? until video is actually released it sounds suspicious. The NFL is fishing and physics is hard to argue against.

Guys. With respect to patriots ignoring Goodell. Honestly I believe he is not out to get us. He's bff with gooodell. I dont think he'd do that. N

It's intersting bc if what I believe to be true is true then someone on the inside of the NFL is out to get Goodell.

I want to believe patriots but the news that came out today was bad. I really don't know what to think
What news was so bad??

I dont have the time or energy to read through this entire thread, so I apologize if Im not the first to state this... But I refuse to believe Bill would say what he did on Saturday with IN HOUSE video available of a Pat employee doing something to the balls, and/or without having a thorough conversation with this young man. He welcomed the investigation from the league, Bill would not say that publically if there was a video with anything remotely questionable. Just my opinion.

I miss when this league was properly ran...

That's the thing. The owners hate Paul Tagliabue and has successfully blocked him from the Hall of Fame. Yet, we never had these problems with him at the control. Granted he looked the other way far too often on stuff, but never has there been so many controversies as there has been under Goodell's watch.

Jay Glazer and the NFL have really zeroed in on ZERO. The leak really needs a welding torch applied to keep the ******** from leaking.....

@SharksOfVegas: Just yesterday, Jay Glazer said it was a "sting operation" and now it is a lockeroom attendant? All from "sources" of course ......

All the news casts seem to be picking this up and claiming this is the guy. What absolutely shoddy journalism. Actually, it is not journalism. If this was not the nuts it would actually be funny. It is like the whole word has gone mad.
I know there's already a whole other thread (NFL no comment, but leaks for 8 days?) about the concept but it really is being reported in a back asswards way that is embarrassing and sad. Radio report I heard on the way home mentioned the fact that it was a Jay Glazer leak only as a footnote - had it been a story I'd known less about or been less interested in, I would absolutely believe at this point that the NFL had announced it themselves and all that's left is to announce the punishment. Assuming there will be one.

I guess that's just how it is now with the constant news cycle, but as silly as it seems the shameful work I've seen around this "scandal" for the past week will change the way I listen/read certain content for what's actually being reported. A report of a report of a leak is not news. It's not an announcement. It would be like reporting a conspiracy theory one of us posted on this forum as news. Not that I had some blind trust of the media before, but there are just way too many tv channels, radio stations, and websites that have content space to fill and they're grasping and every single straw they can with this story. And then they grab the straws and cut them in half, just so there's more straws to grasp at. It just so happens there are enough people/fans around the country happy just to see the Patriots dragged through the mud that they're getting away with it. Because objectively if you're just a fan of team X in the NFL, you'd have to look at what's going on as a completely farcical spectacle that has only made the league itself look like it has leadership that is incompetent at managing the officiating and incompetent at plugging leaks coming out of its own office...OR, if it is not incompetent, then it is complicit in using the media to castigate one of its most successful franchises for a "scandal" because they refuse to or are unable to do for themselves.

Kraft up

I would think that the NFL officials & Goodell would put a "gag order" on all those that are investigating this issue. I mean, IF this "source" from Glazer is in fact an NFL investigator, NFL should fire that person.

IF this "source" from Glazer is bogus, then FOX Sports should fire Glazer.

I see what the NFL is trying to do here. They are going to say the balls were out of sight for 10 minutes but they can't prove this guy did anything but the balls were deflated. This is what they are setting this up for. Only problem with this story is SCIENCE PROVES THE BALLS MUST DEFLATE IN THE TEMPERATURE CHANGE FROM INSIDE AND OUT WHEN THEY ARE WET. The reason they have not released the PSI change is that when they do that, this issue is over. It is science dam it.

NFL must be punished.

We HAVE to win this Super Bowl. Maybe more so than 07. Losing is NOT an option.

Thank you God that I was never in the position to share a foxhole with the chicken littles on this site

Glazer-
Breaking news: sources tell @FOXSports the NFL has zeroed in on a locker room attendant w Patriots who allegedly took balls from officials locker room to another area on way to field. Sources say they have interviewed him and additionally have video. Still gauging if any wrong doing occurred with him but he is strong person of interest

Did the NFL take the video from the field during a game?

*First shot fired, hits nobody*
OMGOGMOGG WE'RE TOAST WOW WE WERE SO UNPREPARED!

I look at everything in my life with an open mind. I know what I want to believe but I always always want the truth more than anything else

I don't know what your point is here. I don't know the facts and you dont know the facts. I'm in the pursuit of the truth.

If you think the glazer report isn't strong circumstantial evidence you're living in fantasy land. He is one of the most reliable source in the business. That being said it is circumstantial but it doesn't look good

If you think something against me bc of that well you can cannot be taken seriously
