For Eight Days, The NFL Leaks, But Will Not Comment = The Fix is In

It's official, the NFL has less integrity than the NBA. They have reached a negative level of integrity once thought to be impossible.

Honestly, this Super Bowl might be it for the NFL for me. I didn't think it was possible for institutional ******** to ruin football, but they've gone and found a way. I hope each and every one of these owners goes bankrupt.

Even if the Pats are ultimately vindicated, I'm just not sure that I can justify continuing to support this whole league with my interest.

This has been brewing since the day Belichick wrote his resignation on that napkin. The Jets, Kensil in particular, but with the involvement of others, have been trying to destroy Belichick ever since. We are witnessing the final denouement, the death struggle, Ragnarok, Armaggedon. Shakespeare should be around to record and dramatize it.

I hope you are right but believe you are dreaming if you think this firm was hired to exonerate the Pats. They have been given an agenda by the league and they will follow it. As i wrote previously, if the NFL want to exonerate the Pats all they needed to do is release a scientific study showing what happens with the change in temperature. Of course that wouldn't convince the flat earth people but rational people would accept it and the game could proceed with the cloud they created. I also believe that Kraft knows or anticipates the fix is in and doesn't want to use his supposed influence to help his team or hurt Goodell.

Yea.....totally understand what you are saying. Have thought the same way for several days.

This story is so crazy and so ever-changing that people behind the scenes have to view it from a totally different perspective than ours. On Friday the NFL issued a statement, then 30 minutes later the Patriots issued a statement pledging full cooperation....not defiance or an organizational pledge of loyalty. Anyways, there is a ton of little things that say to me Kraft has a pulse on this and he knows he's fighting multiple people from multiple teams.

Goodell was at the AFC championship game. I heard he was at Krafts house afterward. If the NFL launched a sting as some have suggested, It doesn't make sense that Goodell is yucking it up with Kraft after the game.
Even without a sting, knowing what transpired with the balls, it doesn't make sense that he parties with Kraft and BB and Brady don't find out until the next morning. Somehow Kraft is colluding with the NFL on this for some strange purpose. I had a wild theory one night that Kraft (and BB?)wants to let Brady go after this season and Goodell is helping him by manufacturing a scandal. If that is what is happening, that means they are going to lay this on Brady. Of course, it might be something else entirely but it doesn't add up the way this went down.

No effing way BB would do that to Brady. Those two honestly love each other. Brady even said today they'll always on the same page. Kraft screwing Brady over idk maybe. But I doubt BB would.

People have this view that BB is some evil guy or something. He's not he's just a football coach.

Wouldn't be surprised if BB is done after this game. Hope he goes out with a bang.

I agree with this. He might be done with the BS politics honestly. The guy just wants to coach. He doesnt care about all this other nonsense.

Why? Are people losing their minds again because of Jay Glazer?

12 hours ago it was looking like sun shine and lollipops ahead.

I bet Bill is tired of seeing his family name ruined. His father took on the name Belichick to make it more Americanized. And you have these clowns calling him Belicheat. Coming from an immigrant family I can bet you anything it hurts him deep down to see these agenda dwelling morons tarnish his family name. It's not a common name either like Smith or Johnson or something.

But he knows now that if he is to coach he has to first destroy the Kensil beast.

Belichick knows the best way to get back at these people is to keep winning. I couldn't blame him for leaving, but I doubt he will. If all this is reinforcing this team's resolve to win on Sunday, why wouldn't it do the same for BB to continue winning in this league.

We need a really strong performance from the officials on Sunday after everything that has happened this week.

I just want a fair shot at redemption.

(Not that we even have anything to be ashamed of anyway).

Once again, I hope you are right about Kraft but everything he has done since 2007 leads me to believe otherwise. As for the rogue NFL employee theory, I find it ridiculous. Goodell brought Kensil into his position in the NFL and could fire him immediately if he disagreed with what was going on. The key source of leak is Glazer, the person Goodell used to leak the cameragate tapes.

I thought the refs handed the balls to the ball boy (who's an NFL employee)?

Why would the ball boy be taking them from the locker (and I would assume it is a specific ref). Why didn't they raise questions at that point. Guess we'll have to wait several weeks to get answers.

People, let the crooks with an agenda let them take away your enjoyment of the super bowl, in the end the truth will come out and we'll have our redemption then, in the mean time lets support our team.

Kensil is behind the leaks. Not Ted Wells.

Think about this too...why did Belichick finally speak out about Spygate in his last PC? Another Kensil link?

This runs deeper than Footballs at this point, Ted Wells knows it, Robert Kraft knows it and Roger Goodell knows it. What we need to find out now is if Goodell is working with Kraft to eradicate the rotten part of the NFL or of he's working with the rot.

Ted Wells is in charge of the investigation and it is his responsibility to plug the leaks.

If he is going to hold Belichick and Kraft responsible for the acts of their underlings, he cannot be a hypocrit.

It's interesting to see where the NFL's top brass came from if one wants to put on a tin-foil hat. It's also surprisingly difficult to find out who actually works for the NFL. Also funny to see so many connections to big banking/finance and Goldman Sachs (of course, that vampire squid).

Roger Goodell - Jets intern at one point

Eric Grubman - Former Goldman Sachs, lead negotiator for the New York Jets on the sale of the franchise
in 1999

Steve Bornstein - Former Chairman of ESPN, born and raised in New Jersey, attended University of Wisconsin-Madison, Russell Wilson's alma mater

Joe Siclare - replaced Anthony Noto, who left to to go work for Goldman Sachs

Robert Gulliver - from Yonkers, NY, reportedly a Giants fan, comes from Wells Fargo

Jeff Pash - formerly a partner at Covington and Burling, the firm that helped negotiate the financing
for the new Meadowlands

Mike Kersin - Former Jets Director of Operations

If I were Kraft, I would refuse to take the field until the NFL concluded their investigation. If the integrity of the game is so important, they can postpone the Super Bowl. Let's see how the fans and media react to that.
