Jay Glazer says NFL has zeroed in on locker room attendant

I gotta say, it has a lot of daytime soap opera appeal...
I said earlier that this was like Game of Thrones but now I think its more like Melrose Place.

Not worried about this. The Patriots did an investigation and Belichick had them do a dry run of their pre game protocols and I would be shocked if they didn't know exactly what the attendant did. I think this is just more fuel for the haters and like the ball measurements will be benign when all is said and done.

Keep slinging the sh.t haters, you will be eating it in the end.

Not if the NFL doesn't have a say about it... they'll do anything to tarnish our reputation in this..

Who is this kid? Is he really an nfl employee?

The Patriots for sure have seen every second of that footage already and if it was potentially damaging, Saturday's press conference would never have happened.

That's what I'm fuzzy about. Are gameday ballboys NFL or team employees. I know eqip team is NE

Agree. The only thing that one could argue as being similar to GOT was Tyrion's trial during last season.

I've read all ASOIAF books as well as watched every season on HBO. Roger and the imbeciles @ NFL headquarters would not last 24 hours in King's Landing trying to play the game of thrones with the likes of real players such as the Citadel, the Faith, Littlefinger, Varys, and to a lesser extent Tywin.... heck, even Cersei. :D

I hope BB rips into them tonight when they ask him about it during his presser. Something like... Listen I told you we conducted our own review of this incident. If we didn't watch the videos or talk to the people involved with contact with the footballs it wouldn't be much of a review would it.

But more likely its gonna be.... We're on to Seattle

GO PATS!!!

Over/Under for Goody to last vs any of them is 30 min. I'll take the under

**** I hope he shoots another one across the bow....yeah we know, he took a piss. He was in the bathroom for 73 seconds....its obvious the kid didn't wash his hands....next question.

For those who believe in The Shark. I bolded the Q&A for those who don't speak Twitter. IOW, when they said the NFL has no evidence they knew about this. Hopefully they're right.

@SharksOfVegas Ah. Meaning your source was aware of this "evidence" a few days ago when relaying that NFL had no evidence?
  2. Sharks of Vegas ‏@SharksOfVegas 5m5 minutes ago
    @TheGNapp yes
Also in another exchange when asked about "this developement" they said this is "not a developemnt".

I would say definitely the under on 30 minutes, but if he had the misfortune to step back in time to when the Targaryens were ruling Westeros as dragon-riders I'd cut that in half to 15 minutes. :)

Since he knows so much, ask him when this nightmare will end and we can get back to football.

People are making it to be more than what this really is. The league is clearly without a clue, or rather evidence to incriminate the patriots. They are releasing the only 'lead' they had early on, making it seem like its a new developement, where in reality they are merely recycling ******** and running interference while they try to un-jam their finger tips out of their ass.

In short, move on people, nothing to see here. Rest assure belichick wouldn't have put his ass and this organization's reputation on the line like this without being 1000% sure they did nothing wrong.

Goodell is basically the Cersei of planet Earth.

Correct. And if it was damaging footage, this ball boy would probably be in heiwajima learning Japanese.

I'm reading about a locker room attendant and a ball boy. Are these the same or different people? I would think different and if so, why does the locker room attendant have any business handling footballs?

I heard that the refs deliver the balls to the field 10 minutes before the game and now it sounds like they leave them or hand them to someone (ball boy or jock itch locker room guy) who then take them to the field. Which one is it and these are not insignificant details. Do they just hand them over to who ever knocks on their door?
Why can't the exact standard protocol at least be described and anything potentially different questioned? Is there a standard operating procedure and is it even documented?
