The NFl already said that they were in Foxboro Monday night and over the next two days interviewed almost 40 patriots personnel. I would think that within the top-10 priority on that list would be the ballboy.

And another thing. Why would the NFL "leak" this and that while an investigation is ongoing. Not only would this be counter productive, but this is high school BS games. I know the league has issues, but jeez, they cant be this petty and reckless.

This leak after leak from a publicly tight lipped front office is troubling.
Troubling in that there is a clear pattern of disinformation all calculated to put the Patriots in a bad light but without saying so directly.
No leaks of any "forensic" science on cooled footballs. Nothing like that.
Just leaks that the FO is outraged at BB for his press conference.
It's almost as if someone in the FO had an agenda...

This is a non issue. Ball boy went pee before taking field. Nothing here, science already proved it. If someone took more out then the balls would have had to have been way over inflated at the pregame to be registering what they say they are now. 100% nothing.

They should have been "zeroed in" on the locker room attendant a week ago. What in the hell have they been doing?

Way overreaction. Science proved that the deflation must take place to the range found at halftime. Guy went pee before taking the field. This is a smokescreen because the NFL is on the hook.

Does this mean the haters are well rested and can redouble their efforts in slandering the Patriots?

Yep. NFL gauged (pun intended) radio row and it was starting to look bad for them after the BB presser, Florio 1 PSI report, and the former 30 year jests executive being pretty much the guy that started this thing.

Everything involved in this story is an overreaction.

This is just misinformation leaked by the NFL to combat the momentum the Pats have. There is literally a battle going on between BB, Kraft, and the NFLPA vs high ranking NFL officials and one or more teams. Hopefully Kraft has the gonads to not back down.
