If Nye was really a "science guy", he would know that the best way to test a theory is empirically, which is what Belichick said the Patriots did. Belichick even stated that anyone who questions their results should repeat it themselves. If Nye was truly a science guy, he would have repeated the experiment instead of postulating that Belichick (and the Patriots' equipment staff) are making stuff up.

Nye is a comedian who started his career in Seattle, Washington and would like nothing better than to distract the Patriots so his Seahawks gain an advantage.
