If the Pats win the SB, should they skip the ceremony?

Reporter: Bill Belichick, you just won the SB. What do you have to say?

BB: I have no further comment.

Reporter: Huh? You mean you don't have anything to say about winning the....

BB interrupts

BB: We're on to the celebration.

Reporter: But..

BB: We're on to the celebration.

they should act like they've been there before.
Wait! They have!

BB's presser was a class act.
These players have worked their asses off to be as perfect as they can be.
Don't besmirch it.
Celebrate. enjoy. It was earned.
Other teams's fans will hate every minute of the celebration.

FTW!!!

Were just getting ready for week one of the 2015 season.

I just REALLY REALLY REALLY want to see this again

No way! They should get up there & party like it's 1999! One thing I would like to see is Gronk throw Roger Goodell "out of the club" i.e. Off the stage, but that probably won't happen. Too bad...

Wouldn't that be the best story in the history of sports? A team that was framed by the very league that is now trying to crown them champions, decides to protest by leaving the field, celebrating in the locker room, skipping press conferences, and the returning home?

It would so awesome.

No.....i want to see that ****

On media day, I hope Belichick instructs all his players to just answer with "Thanks for asking, I appreciate it".

I think it's business as usual except the players strut around the field wearing Deflate This shirts rather than the customary garb. Let the commissioner figure up what to do when TFB accepts the trophy wearing his.

Way ahead of ourselves and 60 minutes of football here, but I originally thought that the coaches and players should boycott the ceremony and just send Kraft to the Podium to accept the trophy, but now I think they should be the class act they are and stand up there and accept the trophy and any other awards. Plus, it would drive the haters nuts to have to watch the Pats celebrate.

I do think, however, that they shouldn't say anything at the ceremony and let Kraft speak for the organization. I kind of like the idea of BB and the MVP answering every question with some version of "We're on to the celebration." I also kind of like the idea of them eschewing the "Official" T-shirts and wearing a shirt with "Deflate This" on the front and accept any fines that might follow.

i put 'winner' ;)

No because as a Fan I would really like to see it.

I'm sure they would feel the same way and would welcome the opportunity. There's a decent chance that we'll get to find out.

Less than a week now...

There would be nothing more fitting than for Goodell to have to hand the trophy to Belichick with the whole country watching.
Or perhaps to have BB not put his hand out to receive it and tell Goodell and leave goody hanging in the wind.

If they pull off the win they'll wear the standard issue NFL Champion hats and shirts.

Let's just win it.............

I would love the interview with SB MVP Revis to include a statement from him about how he will forever be indebted to this coaching staff and group of players for showing him how a team plays together, with real honor, humility, and professionalism, and that prior to being a Patriot he thought of the team differently, because of all the negative press around them, but now that he's been able to see it on the inside, it is just the opposite.

No, this is stupid. They should stand up as a team on the podium and hold up the trophy and say INFLATE THIS!!!!!!!!!!
