Sorry, dude. I've found you reasonably sane of late. You're losing touch.

I resemble that remark.................

You can't teach an old dog new tricks: DeOssie on WEEI right now insisting he believes the footballs were tampered with after they left the officials. Ahh, Stevie, nice to have the real you back.
Just another EggOnFaceGate member. :D
This is going to feel sooooooo good when the Patriots are completely exonerated.

He's a guy who was at a rally and was hyping things up for the Giants and their fans, and he said nothing particularly outrageous. If people find that objectionable, they need to seek a psychiatric evaluation.
Hi Steve.

DeOssie must be tickled "Pink", that the Patriots are under the gun.

awww...leave Pinky Beluga alone...what do you guys want, have him captured and sent back to the Boston Aquarium?

Just stop ****ing listening to these clowns, people. I would not say I'm the Mona Lisa Vito of the ratings world, but I'm pretty sure that they say this dumb **** because people tune in to hear it. If it bothers you so much, stop giving them what they want.

Hell, I put in a browser redirect last year so if I accidentally typed espn.com out of habit it would redirect me elsewhere. **** them, not going to reward them with traffic, that's essentially their currency.

I would prefer sending him up into the apalachian mountains, so he can can "squeal" all he wants.

Maybe more than DeOssie's comments, I found the uniform defense he received from his fellow media member to be more annoying. There was at least one article written defending DeOssie, chiding the fans for criticizing him. They turned it into "How can you have a problem with Steve rooting for his son's team?" which was a point no one was making. No one in the media suggested, even at a very mild level, that since DeOssie makes his living, both on the air and at his restaurant, due to New England sports fans, maybe he shouldn't have said that he "struggles" with being here.

On the positive side, I haven't listened to EEI since that speech came to light.

Unfortunately we're caught between a rock and a hard place (WEEI, 98.5) and must pick and choose between the various "on-air personalities."

I've limited myself to Gresh and Zolak (98.5 midday) and Dale and Holly (WEEI afternoon drive).

Speak for yourself.

Listening to that Drek is an incalculably stupid Choice.

Funny how WEEI gets such a relative pass here compared to ESPN..

I mean really????? DeOssie.....Tomase.......and did ANYONE see Kirk Minihane on the O'Reilly show the other night????

Seriously, when you have Bill O'Reilly and Jim FREAKING Gray publicly telling you that you are going too harsh on the scandal business, then maybe it is time to check yourself in to a nice soft room at a care center.

I full expect EEI to announce their new morning team of RayRay and the Corpse of Senator Specter anytime soon. Stay tuned.

.

Bledsoe said the same thing on the DP show yesterday that the pats brass -bb,brady their advisors are too smart to advice them to go ahead and lie if they did something .The host though kept pointing at some conspiracy angle ..

I did. I wasn't speaking for you or anyone else (re., "I've limited myself ... "). Perhaps you should do the same as your judgment on what defines "incalculably stupid" doesn't apply to myself or anyone here.

I prefer "incalculably illiterate" as I'm a victim of alliteration.

This here "incalculably" is pretty highfalutin wordsmithing, wouldn't ya say?
