The rumor is: he started the investigation (or the sting) because the patriots made a tampering charge against the jets

So, through leaks from "league sources", the NFL has accused one of the biggest stars and most respected players in the history the NFL of cheating and they haven't even asked him about it?

Goodell was an intern with the Jets when Jim Kensil, Mike Kensil's father, ran the Jets. Jim Kensil knew a lot of politicians and Goodell's father was a Congressman and Senator. Bet Roger and Mike go way back.

If what's come out from Curran, PFT and Vegas Sharks tonight is true...Kensil will be quaking in his boots. He's been outed.

I honestly think it is time to bring this to the New England Senators. This sounds like a corrupt organisation. I seriously mean this.

How great would it be if Goodell got himself fired by going after the Patriots/Brady with what is essentially malicious prosecution (in regards to NFL rules).

They know this is inside NFL crap, Looks like this leads to the highest level in the NFL orchestrating the sting, then leaking it to Kravitz. NFL is potentially in big trouble and congress could get involved. This has nothing to do with the Patriots who are an injured party.

Hope you're right man I still think it's sstupid to begin with because everyone except us Pats fans and the rare reasonable fans forget the game was 45-7 no controversy over that score. Let's just ****ing win the Superbowl and cement our teams legacy

Being totally incapable of dealing with DV and then to get fired over literally air would perfectly sum up the sheer incompetence of Roger Goodell.

I really hope this is how it goes down.

Why do you guys watch ESPN? Other than actual games and occasional documentaries, most of their shows are talking heads saying some outrageous stuff.
