(Merged x3) It's All Happening!!! PFT Now Blames The NFL For Tarnishing The PATS Image

The Colt's made a fugazi ball ... Where's Donnie Brasco when we need him?

Ok. I always thought that the Idea Gas Law was more of a generalization of several gas laws.

I've learned a lot reading this forum
My 1st calculation was off because I used gauge pressure instead of absolute pressure
Several PhDs here have pointed out the euror

Pats are a cut above the NFL chump league. We need to move up to an elite league.

I wouldn't say sane or insane. i prefer to think that Joker is committed to his beliefs.

and my only request to him is, don't ever change.
He won't change. He's been around the block, once or twice. Wherever there is a conspiracy to uncover, you'll find him, unleashing the story to the disbelieving.

florio.... you are the worst "journalist" i've ever read

I admit to being utterly incapable of doing the math. I do have some familiarity and comfort with the applicability of these laws as I used to be a commercial diver. But by that I do not mean to insinuate that is even comparable to the engineer that I believe you are and by no means do I have a PhD.

And much, much better minds than myself have made the mistake of using gauge pressure instead of absolute pressure. Almost every time I read about someone's attempt to solve this, their math went through this exact same evolution, ie using gauge pressure first and then coming back and using absolute pressure.

I agree, we have heard nothing from Indy. But that ball they intercepted was tested at least twice as many times as the Patriots balls, and that's if Indy had tested it only once. I am guessing they did a couple of times to confirm their suspicions before turning the ball over. So the Indy ball gets tested 3-4 times while the other balls get tested once. I'm not saying that's the total explanation, but one explanation why the Indy ball may be under what the other balls are, as there is more than one way for a ball to lose air pressure (temp drop or air leak from a gauge being stuck in and pulled out).

It would be interesting to hear Indy's side and their whole involvement in this. Also, how their balls were handled and treated before the game. What if they did something differently than they normally do, knowing the balls were to be tested at halftime? But then again, why risk the game by not giving Luck the kind of balls prepared the way he normally wants. A lot of unanswered questions from that quarter.

Just a thought on the shefter comment that the NFL is mad at Brady. It's probably because he got the NFLPA involved which will make it that much harder to sweep the whole thing under the table. The union would like nothing more than to bring some much deserved shame to the league office.

At this point last week, I didn't know what PSI stood for. #DeflateGate
So these guys are not really trolling they may actually be this ignorant. No wonder BB just does want to get to their level. They are dumb "D-U-M". Yes that is how you spell dumb.

Richard Sherman is going to get fined big time for what he just said.

Thinks the league are more bothered in fining Marshawn Lynch than punishing the Patriots if they're guilty.
No he won't. He's not a Patriot.

Essentially, all you have to do is add 14.7 to the gauge pressure numbers...assuming you are at sea level, or fairly close to sea level.

Kerrigan/Ford? Nancy Kerrigan and Tonya Harding?

I have to admit. Tonya Harding seems like someone I'd like to party with.

"Remember the name Mike Kensil."
