I think Belichick's purpose in detailing all that was more specific. I think he knows some balls were 1 lb under, contrary to the NFL's league source leaks that fueled this whole mess.

I don't think the NFL has told the Patriots and BB squat. They saw the PSI was lower and chanted we have them.

I think the NFL will be "mums" until the Super Bowl is over. Meaning that there will be no official word on any information regarding this issue, this entire week...

That may be true. But, I suspect that Bob Kraft and Bill Belichick have their own "league sources". Belichick has almost certainly been in the NFL longer than anyone at the league offices.

Yes this theory has been out there and I think it is very likely that it was a sting operation. But the NFL didn't catch us in the act. No evidence and our under inflated balls can be very plausibly be explained away by science rather than a ball boy conspiracy.

This whole thing stinks.

If there's one thing I would ask board members with enough time to waste it is to write up a Joe Kerr's Greatest Hits thread. Archive it for future generations of passionate, die hard, honest Patriot fans. Experience has given me great insight into why people act the way they do and do the things they do. Goodell has never fooled me and as you all know, I have made my contempt for his job performance and his character, since the first day he held his initial camera gate press conference. a repeating beacon of concern.

I've had some contentious back and forths with members here over the years in relation to this man's motives and character. Some of these members constantly used the logic that his success in expanding the league's monetary revenues was PROOF of his character, his truthfulness, his sincerity and his trustworthiness. This is all over now. The emperor ,indeed, has no clothes.
