Give the Thread a new name like "Deflate-gate=Fans of the Felons by Jerome Bettis and Tony Kornheiser". That'll get some attention.

I can't take credit for this work of art, it's too ****ing funny though.

So that ESPN sports science article that disappeared is back on the site

Sherman just took a shot at the Patriots over Defakegate, saying that Kraft and Goodell were hanging out together and suggesting this was a conflict of interest. I hope the team takes this very personally.

As if the Pats need anymore buellitin board material. Media week hasn't even began and two Seahawks have already spouted off moronic things.

Just watched Sherman say that on NFL Network. Said the Pats record as far as playing with the rules speaks for itself. Said they continue to be dirty but will never get punished because o Bob and Roger's relationship. Said the commish will never punish his friend. I want to see the Pats run at him early and beat the sh*t out of his left arm.

Take a shot at that arm and test him out.

Of course Sherman has it backwards. Kraft has been subservient to Goodell and has willingly accepted unjust punishment.

Someone should ask Sherman, if Goodell is so cozy with Kraft that he won't punish the Patriots for obvious wrong doing, why didnt he:

a) Simply warn Kraft and the Patriots to keep their ball inflation up?
b) Prevent the NFL investigation from even getting off the ground?
c) Stop the investigation once it started?
d) Release any statement what so ever that would have helped stem the vitriol being directed toward the Patriots?
e) Leak some actual facts about the case that might make the Patriots look better?

Sherman is completely full of himself.

Goodell definitely has never appeared to me to take it easy on the Pats.

Maybe he should do some research on the background of his own team and PED suspensions and PC's tenure at USC before throwing stones.

Sherman is not an idiot, but he is nowhere near as smart as he thinks he is. His stellar collegiate career was based on football.

Schefter said Brady is the center of the NFL's frustration. what? I didn't catch everything he said but did hear that.

In other news, Ditka is the man. Thanks Coach.
