(Merged x3) It's All Happening!!! PFT Now Blames The NFL For Tarnishing The PATS Image

Neither 1 or 2 psi from what they were in the locker room suggests anything nefarious.

The NFL were told by a combination of the Ravens and Colts that the Patriots were illegally deflating footballs.

Kensil, a former Jet employee, believed every word and ran a sting operation to catch the Patriots in the act, ostensibly to make a name for himself as the one who caught the Patriots cheating again.

Of course, the Patriots did nothing wrong and the NFL is currently falling over itself to cover it all up.

Heads should roll. But we all know they won't.

Maybe we can get a draft pick from the Colts. Oh wouldn't that be sweet.

I guess I'm sort of uncompromising. I'm glad he's coming around but he's essentially saying the sting was poorly run because they didn't catch them. That's not the same as saying they didn't do anything. In reality it looks far more likely that there was nothing to catch, and if there was a sting it was stupid- not because they weren't good enough to catch the team, but because there was no reason to ever run a sting targeting the Patriots over anyone else.

No.

He's clearly saying that running a sting is morally and ethically corrupt.

He said Tags would have put out a memo/warning BEFORE playing a game of gotcha.

Uncle, it's very clear in Florio's column. Could not have been clearer. This is a CONDEMNATION.

I can't wait for the movie.

I've been meaning to make this statement for days now. This is already a half written script. In fact, I'd be willing to guess that more than one production group is working on this American tragi-comedy in the making

****And btw, if the D'Qwell Jackson ball (10.5) is the outlier ball from the other 10 (all 11.5), then.......

What is different from the D'Qwell Jackson interception ball???????????

tick - tock - tick - tock......

Oh yeah........that's the only one that the Indianapolis Colts had CUSTODY OF ON THEIR SIDELINES!!!!!!!!!

Shouldn't there be some sort of investigation into what they may have done with it in the moments they had it?

Anyone smell rotting fish?

So an NFL employee allegedly ran a sting operation during the AFCCG which cast a shadow on the biggest NFL event of the year, the Super Bowl. You really can't make this **** up.

Florio likes to play both sides to get everyone riled up. Don't get too excited that he won't blast the Patriots tomorrow.

This League is a circus

Depends to whom that NFL employee's loyalty lies

Plus, let's face it, Irsay had some non-league motivation too.

Here's my guess from outside the bubble:

This Kensil character wanted to catch the Pats in this and have it all handled IN-HOUSE, with Kraft losing face and clout within the old boys club.

Kensil, who may not be the sharpest knife in the draw, committed the classic mistake of a bad conspiracist - - - team up with a bat$hit crazy, drunken, pill-popping cohort.

Kensil suffers minor stroke Monday morning when he finds out that Irsay dropped a dime to Bob Kravitz.

There ya go. I hope Bruce Willis plays Mark Briggs.

He's still a weasel. The only excitement I take from this is that his league source have spoon fed him this so we're in the clear. He flipped sides because the league told him the way this is going.

There is so much mis-information out there, that it is getting ridiculous.

I hope the NFL gives us updates (factual information) periodically. It would be foolish if they don't say anything, and 2-3 wks later, they provide the full report.

If this is true, this explains the LOUD SILENCE that we have heard from the NFL on this. There must be utter chaos going on behind the scenes....provided that this is true. No wonder BB made that statement yesterday. I said it before and I'll say it again. No Way He Makes that Statement without approval from Ownership.
