DeOssie Strikes Again

Even after BB PC yesterday...he thinks balls were tampered with. Basically he is not interested in the science of it, he writes it off. To counter that, he says the deflating is no big deal. Are we in our own little world here?
Reminds of Braveheart when Wallace sees the Lord whos father has lepracy betray him . Deossie ok, but almost all of boston media. All that's left is for Smerlas to betray the Pats. The amount of BS I just heard, they don't even know the basics of the whole thing.

Ok coast is clear, they are off....Bertrand(I think) on now...loves BB PC

i completely understand the need for a sport fix and finding the best of the worst. I just couldn't take it after tapegate and went cold turkey in 2007. haven't listened to local sports media since. I guess some would say i'm silly being so spiteful but i am what i am

Umm, cuz if you live outside of the Boston Metro radio sphere, like many of us do, your only radio choices are the long arm of the EEI Empire or the national ESPN feed which has been even more anti-Patriots!

Felger legit seems giddy that the Pats were brought into this scandal on his radio show.. its like hes happy about it, i had to turn him off before i ran off the road and killed a kitten... that guy is the biggest tool alive

Felger can seem pretty bright sometimes, but he also gets kind of manic with local team bashing. He wears his loyalty to Wisconsin teams as a badge of honor (especially the Packers) which is annoying. He defines "pot-stirrer."

Probably because cheering for the team one played for throughout most of your career isn't really considered an offense by most rational people.

He told the Giants fans something to the effect of he 'has to work up there with those people and make money off of them but his heart is with youse guys'.

I think most folks have no problem with that except, of course, when you are a broadcaster working in the opponent's city. His "transgression" really wasn't cheering for the Giants but appearing at a function on their behalf where he trashed New England Patriots culture and fans.

I feel like am coming home here I am a giant in my heart, so glad my son in a football giant.. I struggle sometimes in New England but I know but I know I got a home in NY"

Anyone who didn't realize that he was likely to feel he was a Giant more than a Patriot is the problem, not Deossie.

I haven't seen anyone take issue with that.

He's a broadcaster who reports on the team opposing that of his personal allegiance and PUBLICLY made untoward statements involving the former. That's easily deemed objectionable.

He's a guy who was at a rally and was hyping things up for the Giants and their fans, and he said nothing particularly outrageous. If people find that objectionable, they need to seek a psychiatric evaluation.
