The Official Belichick Post Press Conference Thread

The Headsmart lab report was put on the windshield of the cars outside of Gillete last night. I think they just got to the point where they were 100% sure that there was no risk and went for it. I wish Belichick said what he said about spygate today 7 years ago. I think they learned their lesson.
Problem is NFL ruled swiftly then and Kraft possibly muzzled BB and agreed to not talk about other teams in exchange for no suspension .Just my guess.

Took a football, measured the pressure (with a digital gauge) put it in a refrigerator set a 45 degrees for 90 minutes and low and behold, the football lost 2 psi of pressure. He did the test twice and got the same result. Didn't change his mind about the Pats though
So what happened there, he suspects bellichick took a break from planning some little thing called the superbowl to slip into a ninja outfit and break into his studio to tamper with his refrigerator unnoticed?

I'm so ****ing pumped for this game now! Patriots are going to smash the Seahawks. It's gonna look like D-day when they walk off that field.

Afterward I hope every player uses their five minutes to call out all those ESPN media clowns who sit behind a camera and say crap they wouldn't say to Brady's face. These people have never done anything great in their lives so they try to make a name for themselves by tearing down people that have.

Pretty sure a rocket scientist from RPI on staff at d-coordinator is an asset when they come at ya w/ false accusations related to physics
Tweet of the ****ing year! I never even thought of that. They have a frickin scientist on staff and Irsay tried pulling this crap!? Pats are getting picks from at least one team after this.

I was very impressed with Bill's presser. He demonstrated real concern and clearly has taken this seriously. Someone started this to sabotage the Patriots super bowl game. It has obviously taken a tremendous amount of Bill's time and effort to address it. I am hoping that the sour grapes behind it and who started it are revealed and I also hope it blows up like a backed up toilet in their face.

I have never wanted a more decisive win by the Pats in my life than the one I hope is coming in a few days.

R.e. belichick...did he say "we gave the balls to the refs & told THEM to inflate the balls to 12.5"????? So the refs inflated the footballs?????

We don't know if they inflated the footballs or not. The league rules require that the home team give the game balls AND a pump/gauge to the referee 2 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff. The referree has the sole responsibility to check and ensure the balls are properly inflated. Several sources say that the usual procedure is a quick Mr. Whipple squeeze test. When he is done inflating/checking the balls, they go back in the game ball bag and are carried out to the sideline where they are stored in the instant replay booth until minutes before kickoff when they are turned over to the ball boys on both sides of the field, so that balls are quickly available from each sideline. The teams never touch the balls after giving them to the referree until the center snaps one to the QB for the opening play.

Pats better have the appeal ready and waiting.

"You did nothing wrong but we will punish you anyway"

Total bull****.
BB threw down the gauntlet. If the NFL is going to level any punishment, there will be a legal battle. If you don't think BB has been collecting evidence since 2007, you are severely underestimating him.

I really like the Headsmart Labs video that has been posted elsewhere in this forum. Best part is that company works with Carnegie Mellon University and is based in Pittsburgh. Hometown of everyone's favorite internet hack - Mike Florio

I restate that. BB picked up the NFL's gauntlet.

Just got back from a busy day. I watched the pressor with great interest. I have only 1 thing to say.

That's my fugggin coach right there. We are on to Seattle.

As a couple of people have mentioned on previous pages, Cam Fleming also has the same degree as Patricia.

The Pats have 2 Astro-physicists on the payroll.

I was on the road listening on WEEI and Mutnansky and Bradford were sure that BB was going to fall on the sword and confess wrong-doing. They predicted that the league had a smoking gun and was giving the Pats a chance to come clean on their own before bringing the hammer down. I texted them saying they were "nuts.". I got a text back calling me a "fanboy." Well, this "fanboy" got the last f###### laugh...

said this in an edit... sorry, i can't stand what these media fracks are doing to a team i've loved for so long

btw, florio, peter king, breer, and whomever else, you can find me at golds gym in Natick during lunch. I'm an engineer who happens to love to play football and lift weights. i'm more than happy to meet ex nfl players and current players who think they are above retribution. well, i've been drinking but i'm not afraid to meet up with those who try and kill my pats team. probably makes me look like an ass.. but so be it

Plus, Al was a wildman whose self-image was NFL renegade. Kraft is not cut from the same cloth.
Understatement, I doubt you could even measure testosterone levels on that guy.. he's a total p*$$y.
