Interesting note, the footballs balls they used were new, not rubbed processed ones which most likely absorb much more water and stretch more decreasing the volume.

The Headsmart lab report was put on the windshield of the cars outside of Gillete last night. I think they just got to the point where they were 100% sure that there was no risk and went for it. I wish Belichick said what he said about spygate today 7 years ago. I think they learned their lesson.

We are on to Seattle, and they better watch out.

We all know their true colors along with numerous regional journalists. They were so eager to jump on this story it came across as disturbing and an alarming reflection of just how terrible the media can be.

Bill won the day but Tom's question invoked the thunder and passion. He got BB to respond to a question that has been lingering for 7 years. Curran could of got a confession out of William Jessup today regarding the code red. He is getting a lot of props from his fellow media followers for such a good response to his question. I thought his funniest tweet was from his kid. "Hope you enjoyed that roast session Bill gave you."

It was the best press conference in BBs tenure and Curran had a lot to do with it.

Folks: I don't toot my horn much. I've been wrong about a lot of things on this forum in my nearly ten years here now. Chad Jackson. Aaron Hernandez. The last two SBs we've played in. Etc.

However, like many others on this forum, when it comes to "deflate gate" I've been pretty much spot on thus far, so let me make one prediction before I am away for a little while: This thing ends with blowback on the Colts.

The NFL cannot continue to ignore the science and easily replicated experiments that prove Bill Belichick is right. At some point, the Colts will be held accountable for their part in making the NFL **** around for a week, and burdening one of the two SB competitors with a load of horsecrap that was easily explainable from the start.

I've enjoyed following these threads. I'll be back around the Super Bowl. I hope by then the Patriots are fully exonerated.

My Hubby and I went out for a nice dinner and toasted to BB. Yes he was that good today. So proud to be a fan of this great team.

BB may just have done that. What he did today will reverberate around the league for decades... if he wins the SB, and maybe even if he doesn't.

This Press Conference has had me fired up for a while...I can only imagine how the team feels after seeing this.

I was so down, this has been uplifting. Thank you BB. His words were so carefully measured. I would have been so emotional that I may have angered people. I think he was the only one who could have done this. My Kraft talking science will have sounded funny.
BB may not be a scientist, but I can bet he was good at math. Listening to his former pressers, you can hear a lot of math terms. Correlation, function, topology, equilibrium, constructs, variance. Now I can go even watch Soundfx of the colts game now.

I was thinking the same thing. I hope the players have "ignored the noise," but I hope that haven't ignored the noise so much that they didn't watch the press conference!

Pretty damning to their (media's) character. You'd call a former teammate or coach who's probably never done you wrong once a liar? You would do this on TV, not having the dignity to say this to his face, man to man? Would you raise your son to act like this?

I feel like this all started with political BS - calling Obama a liar during the State of the Union, etc. Media suddenly thinks it's okay to call everyone and anyone who is in the spotlight a liar.

Dude, Ted Johnson said some effed up stuff about Patriot players families on a radio show. The guy has been ****ed up and vindictive for years.

I wouldn't waste my time challenging Bill's findings . I believe Matt Patricia has a degree in aeronautical engineering and our rookie OT Cameron Fleming has a degree in aeronautics and astronomy, so its not like we don't have any "air expert" on our own.
