Please forgive me if I'm wrong on this but what Little Peter King doesn't seem to realize is the rule states the game balls are suppose to leave the officials inspection between 12.5 - 13.5 PSI. It does not state that they must remain between those 2 numbers during the game. It just states the footballs must not be tampered with after they leave the inspection, which they weren't.

I listened to Albert Breer on CBS radio after the PC. He's going all in on the Pats are cheaters, BB has a history of breaking the rules and the reason the NFL brought Ted Wells in after 40 interviews, 5 days and Patriots denial is that the NFL has dirt on the Pats and Ted will bring it out (yea like he did with the Dolphins). Otherwise, if the NFL had nothing, they would want to close the issue quickly.

As thorough a defense of his players as I've ever seen. More passion than I've seen in all my years watching him. If I was his player I'd be ready to run through a brick wall. He scolded the media for the children they were, and humiliated them for questioning the integrity and accomplishments of his team. Epic

BB lays the foundation for that to be the logical next step for the league to take. Shift the focus.

I was flipping through radio stations waiting for the press conference and almost all the talking heads were saying that the Pats were going to admit their guilt so they could move on, the only one who didn't was Rob Bradford who said if they violated a rule the NFL would do the PC. The two guys on 98.5 were morons.

I am happy BB did a presser but sad that he has wasted time on ballgate instead of preparing for the game. Damn shame. The NFL should have made this a non issue. Damn shame.

I'd go further. He crafted a follow-up question to plug any loopholes in their story. I often do that when I believe the people I'm interviewing, but want to get them on record as saying something that's actually convincing.
