I wonder if there are some higher ups in Indy and Baltimore sweating now... :D
I certainly wouldn't want to be facing the Pats next year if I were either team.

re: Peter King

If you're following him on Twitter, unfollow him. No sense getting worked over a hack and mouthpiece for Goodell.

If anyone noticed more than a few times BB was hinting at the fact that the officials may not necessarily do what they are supposed to do with checking the footballs.

According to Andy Hart it will be available on demand on Patriots.com within the hour. I don't know to link twitter on here.
I think I'm going to watch the Q&A about 43 times.

We better kill the seahawks on the scoreboard potherwise sweet justice doesnt exist.

is there anyway they can file lawsuits? We have been slaughtered all week

NFL stated yesterday they are investigating if the Pats did anything "deliberate"..That was the key word...case closed.

After the press conference, NFL's Randy Moss said that the cars at Gillette were leafleted last night with the results of a Carnegie Mellon test showing they balls would deflate under the indoor outdoor conditions of the game by up to 1.8 PSI and a link to the study. Very funny and thank you whoever did this. Seems like it was done to the staff and players cars though they didn't say that.

I honestly don't think Curran was trying to tear the Pats. He just asked a wrong Q or two.

I think he was trying to get to asking if maybe hair dryers were used during the process, or something like that. Was actually reasonable, so some extent. No worries on Curran from me - think Bill probably hammered him a little too hard.

The guy I want to slug is that Hansen goof on NFLN - he can't get it right. You're supposed to be able to get some points RIGHT once in a while.

Kept saying the Pats handed in the balls at 12.5psi, hinting that they knew the balls would then deflate.

BB specifically said they gave the balls to the refs and asked them to be put at 12.5psi. That's a different thing.

Oh, and the "My Cousin Vinny" reference...I went, "What?" Then it hit me. I'm still laughing - that was PERFECT, because BB just did to the NFL what Marissa Tomei did to the prosecutor's case in that movie.
As awesome as BB was, though, Marissa's still hotter...

This is up as a caption on the ESPN Boston blog:

ESPN NFL analyst Brian Dawkins discusses Bill Belichick addressing the media regarding the scandal surrounding the Patriots deflating footballs.

Interesting in that until it can be shown someone did something wrong, there can BE no scandal, not to mention 'the Patriots deflating footballs' is something not in evidence yet.

In other words, **** you ESPN, and the horse you rode in on.

It's too bad Mike Reiss has to associate with that garbage.

OMG that was insanely incredible.

Hmmmm, an unscheduled Saturday press conference? Aren't NFL offices closed on weekends?

Literally smoking that cigar to the soundtrack recommend by Patsjew - "Damn it feels good to be a gangsta" and the other one from the Ravens game (sorry forgot who posted it) - Outfield.

nothing would be sweeter next sunday than to watch Goodell have to hand Bill the Superbowl trophy and Bill basically put his middle finger in the air to all the haters.

After how Reiss responded the minute things looked rough, he earned his place on ESPN.
